Our AC wasn't cooling and we called one of the cooling companies shown on TV commercials and it was the worst decision ever. They charged outrageous prices and our problem wasn't even fixed, a week later our AC went out AGAIN so I was looking online for AC repair local companies & came upon Ro Rodgers' company so I called him and from the initial call he was very professional, knowledgable & informative. When he detected our problem we got a very reasonable quote on parts & labor. He made the whole process convenient and straightforward. I will NEVER call anyone else for my AC/HEAT issues. On one of the hottest days of the year thus far, our air conditioning unit decided that it wanted to stop working properly. We called Ro Rodgers Air Conditioning and Heating to see if someone was able to come out and look at our unit....and to our dismay, Ro Rodgers said he would be out within an hour (even on a Sunday). Once he arrived, he assessed and repaired the problem in a very professional and timely manner...even with our young son hanging on his every move :). I've done business with several HVAC service companies in the area and have always been left wanting. With a failing A/C unit and summer looming, I searched the web for help and found Ro Rogers. Mr. Rodgers was very courteous and professional. He diagnosed my problem and gave me a solution as to how he would repair my air conditioner. Ro has helped me on two occasions, both times were late in the evening and with out any questions. He immediately came out to our house and made the repairs that were desperately needed at that time.
