Ro Rodgers is the best HVAC company. I will never use anyone else. They were punctual and very reasonably priced. The owner was courteous and did not stop until I had heat. He even came back on Saturday, which is not a normal work day for him. What's best, is I know my money went to an honest DeSoto County resident who cares and contributes to my community. Our home was extremely hot and I was afraid that the AC unit was dead. Ro Rodgers actually came out at 8pm to check and service the unit. He immediately knew where to look (simple as pushing the blower back), pulling out some dust, and adding a little freon. Now, it's like winter snow in the house. Ro Rodgers gets 10 stars!!! Came home one evening around 4pm and my A/C was not working properly the fan was not moving I called Mr. Ro and he said he was just about to leave a job and would come by to check it out but he not only checked it out he repaired my unit even though it was late in the evening he was dedicated to making sure we had air. Ro Rodgers is a life saver. We called him on a reference, and I can tell you this is one of the most honest men in this line of work around. We used someone else before this, and they charged us an outrageous amount without seemingly fixing anything. We decided to call Ro on a reference, and he figured out our problem within 15 min of being here. His pricing was amazing, and he is just an all around nice guy.
