I would highly recommend him. He was on time, very professional, explains what he is doing to fix the problem and very pleasant. He made sure everything was in working order before he left. Would never call anyone else! He came out the same day we called and worked on it and fixed us up. Really friendly and very professional! They were suppose to be out last Monday between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm, but to our surprise around 9:20 am Ro called and wanted to know if he could come on then. Oh my God, this young man, the owner of Ro Rodgers heating and air was awesome! I called him Wednesday and he came out that same day and serviced and fixed my AC unit. The AC is working great, blowing cold air better than it ever has. It's blowing snow balls all over the house (lol). Mr. Rodgers is very knowledgeable, he has a beautiful personality, he took time to explain how the unit worked, what it needed to be repaired and why. My son is interested in a career in heating and air and Mr. Rodgers took the time to give and show him a few pointers. Just amazing!!! Just one more thing: the cost was very reasonable. Called Ro HVAC about the furnace not working correctly. Ro responded quickly, within a couple of hours, and had the furnace back in operation. He was very professional, technically proficient, and very personable. Prices were within expected ranges, and he provided reasonable options before proceeding with the work.
