I thought to myself one day, what can Performance Plus Carts do to help? So I got on my fixie and rode it post haste to the wonderful city of Auburndale to their location. I was greeted by John and we began to discuss the options. Much wasn't achieved that day but John is by far the best employee they have there. He was kind, attentive, funny, offered to cook me a 5 course meal. That my friends is what true excellent customer service is.
