Brought in a battery charger & order a part for a handicapped person who relies on his cart !! Said the could plug charger into one of their carts to see if it was good !! Wait 5 days & I had to call them to pick up charger !! Charge almost $50 to test charger to tell me it’s no good !! & now I realize they gave me wrong part !! I feared my poor little golf cart had given up the ghost. Matt, the service manager, sent Corey over to pick it up. He called and said the problem was the batteries, which I sort of figured out since they had leaked acid which burned a hole into my garage floor. I gritted my teeth waiting for the price. Whew. It came in $250 less than I thought. I highly recommend Performance Plus Carts. They put me back on the road when they said they would at a more than reasonable price. Matt C. 08/10/17 |

Have been calling around to get some assistance with my Club Car. Tim was outstanding at helping me through the process of getting the right parts and pieces that I will need to complete my project. He took the time to walk me through and asked me questions and we were able to complete everything in a short time. I talked to several other places and no one was as knowledgable and helpful getting me what was needed to get it done. He talked to Darryl and they were able to come up with a plan to accomplish what I needed to have done. They were great to deal with and I would recommend doing your business with them. Cory picked up my cart at time promised. Excellent communication, called before the pick up and the night before the delivery after the repair was made to set up a return time. Just had my Star cart returned moments ago. Very pleased with the tech work and additional help from Matt. Cart is all tightened up and drives great..
I have 1 issue though that only pertains to mngt.. I had 4 new tires put on and on top of the tire price I was charged $30 per tire to mount them. The driver informed me that they didn't have a tire machine and had to send them out for mounting.
While I am very happy about the services and cart condition I am extremely disappointed with an additional $120 to mount the tires..I will not be purchasing tires again through Performance carts, I feel ripped off!!!!!!!!!!!! Dwight S. 05/01/17 |

Was having some concerns re. Installation of a new dash in my Club Car Precedent. A call to Matt in the service dept. He walked me through the install since it involved a little more than just setting it in place and screwing it down. I purchased a head and taillight with blinkers from PPC. A very nice kit that was easy to install for the most part. Well the control box that all the lights plugged into was malfunctioning with no brake lights and the driving lights getting stuck on and random blinkers firing off for no reason. This kit looks good quality, but like most thinks these day was made in China. So Heather at Customer service Had to spend a few days going back and for with her Distributor to get me the part I needed. She was Nice and patient with me and really went to bat for me. I needed her to go an extra mile for me and she went two. This kind of customer service is becoming rare and hard to find. Because of Heather any future needs for my Golf cart will be from PPC. Ordered rear fold down seat kit for my CCDS cart after lengthy research on 1 March. Thursday after seeing no record of my order, did some back tracking to ensure I had placed the order to begin with. While searching on my computer the door bell rang at 1000 am. Looked out the door and the FedEx delivery guy had just unloaded my seat kit and was headed back to his delivery van. Is this awesome service? You bet your sweet bippy!
