When looking for a golf cart. Choose Performance plus carts in Auburndale fl. Great service. Choose icon brand. Lots of standard features over ezgo and club car. Jeremy in sales went above and beyond during the purchase. Allowing to take delivery of the golf cart. With the promise to change seat to two tone and a cover. Great company to deal with. Make sure you ask for Jeremy in Sales.

This is Bob, I give a five star rating for Cameron at Performance plus carts. I was amazed at how he took time to answer all my consumer and fix it questions. He was patient, courteous and a total gentleman on the phone. I am not easily impressed with people, but this young man earned our business for this company, we're stopping in tomorrow. I had called another cart company and the owner said, " We don't give fix it tips and hung up on me". It was refreshing to get such knowledgeable customer service at Performance Plus Carts. I had an electrical fire in my 1994 Club Car and needed replace practically every electrical component (starter/generator, coil, rev limiter, ignitor, solenoid, ignition switch, momentary switches, to name some). They were all shipped and arrived quickly. After a short test drive, unfortunately the starter/generator got extremely hot, smoked and the cart quit running. I called customer care and Amanda was fantastic! I sent a couple of pictures to make sure it was installed correctly and then she contacted the manufacturer of the part.
