Christian and Alex did an excellent job of installing our Mitsubishi ductless A/C heat pump and 3 splits. Both Christian and Alex are very knowledgable about installing these units. They were both very pleasant to deal with. They answered all our questions and they explained how the units work in a way that we completely understood. They thoroughly tested all the units before they left to make sure everything was operating properly. I am hoping that they will be the guys assigned to install our second phase of these units. They took their time and performed workmanship, which I’d describe as “Meticulous.” I cannot speak for any other members of N.E.T.R. Inc. workforce, but these 3 are a well oiled machine. I highly recommend N.E.T.R.! From the moment I requested bids through Home Advisor, to the day the work was all done, the whole experience with N.E.T.R. was great. They were incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. Patrick got back to me almost immediately, scheduled a meeting for a site visit (Chip was great in the walk through--he was very thorough and reassuring, and offered great suggestions regarding my questions and concerns). Then I got my quote right away. The office was very accommodating regarding my downpayment and responsive to questions I had about some shrubbery that needed to be removed prior to the installation. Then Ivan and Terrence arrived to do the installation and It went off without a hitch. They even put little booties over their shoes so as not to drag dirt into the house! When it finally all happened after some unexpected delays on our part to get necessary electrical service upgrades, the NETR crew was on time, intelligent, considerate, and paid attention to details. Perfectly professional and with a camaraderie that could only be there if they all trust each other's competence; led by Jeff D., the 3 - 4 man crew managed to get everything done in the allotted three day installation window with time to spare. I am SO HAPPY I found NETR. The guy spent 4-5 hours cleaning out my units and they run like they're brand new again! The guy that serviced mine knew everything about the system inside and out! A guy from another company (who didnt know what he was talking about) said they needed to be replaced and to just replace my bedroom unit was going to cost 4k. NETR just cleaned my units and the cost was around $470. HUGE difference! NETR has my business for life! (See More)

They replaced a part of an outdoor installation that had come loose in a recent storm - they were competent, prompt, and polite... and charged no fee. Of course I'll keep using them and will recommend them to others. (See More)

I recently had a Mitsubishi wall air conditioner installed by NETR. I was extremely happy with their performance. They installed the unit when they said they would, they respected my property inside and out, their price was very competitive, they filled out the rebate form for me.
