Every step in the process of having ductless AC installed in our house went as smoothly as possible. Our sales rep, Jimmy, was friendly, informative, and responsive. Our two service techs who installed the system, Jeff and Christian, were timely, efficient, and unobtrusive (although they were inside and outside our house for two full days, we were able to keep on with our daily routines with minimal need for adjustment due to their presence). And they were nice guys, too! I would recommend NETR unreservedly for any HVAC work you might need done. (See More)

Christian and Alex did an excellent job of installing our Mitsubishi ductless A/C heat pump and 3 splits.
Both Christian and Alex are very knowledgable about installing these units.
They were both very pleasant to deal with.
They answered all our questions and they explained how the units work in a way that we completely understood.
They thoroughly tested all the units before they left to make sure everything was operating properly.
I am hoping that they will be the guys assigned to install our second phase of these units. (See More)

The people at N.E.T.R. Inc. were all amazing. From the people answering the phone to the people booking the install. Adam was very helpful while booking the install and the info on the Kumo Cloud.
Christian F and Alex the installers were as good as it gets. Both were gentleman and explain every step of the install. Both Alex F, and Adam applied PPE protocol. I felt very safe with both men. I'm now enjoying my new Mitsubishi Ductless air conditioning. Thank you N.E.R.T. for a great job.

From the first visit to completion, N.E.T.R. was an outstanding choice for the ductless mini split installation for our home.
Pre-installation:
Chip and Gina were extremely helpful in scoping, providing details, and were never pushy.
Installation:
Ceaser, Christian, and Josh installed 2 compressors, and 6 wall units cleanly, professionally, and considerately. They introduced themselves and outlined what to expect, were respectful of the structure, considerate of wall unit placement (never assuming), made helpful recommendations, and completed the job on time.
For the record, I didn't / don't have any affiliation with N.E.T.R., nor its employees, pre-project. I would highly recommend N.E.T.R. if you're considering ductless mini splits. (See More)

N.E.T.R.is a very reputable company with the finest installation techs. Christian and Jawon were both awesome!!!!
The install team was great in communicating the time they would arrive- and YES on time! They were very courteous and respectful in my home- and for 3 days! They worked very efficiently and cleaned after their work daily quite well.
When the install was done, the operation of the system was reviewed with me by Jawon. He answered all questions and addressed any concerns I would have with moving forward using the new system. He also provided contact information for any future questions or concerns.
This company has it all from a great product, excellent staff, and exceptional customer service and communications. I am pleased that I have chosen them for my split system. More to come as I use it!.. (See More)

NETR installed a complicated 4 zone (2 condenser) split heat pump system at our house.
The project required beyond usual carpentry work to get all the pieces installed correctly, in the locations I wanted.
The team was probably the most professional, competent, and light hearted work crew we've had at the house in 20 years.
They followed the procedures they outlined when we started the project. When there was an un-expected change they sat me down, explained the required change, and why it was impossible it could have been known during the estimation stage. Change order agreed, Back to Work!
My wife and I were commenting that the fact that all of the work team have worked with NETR for 5-10 years really shows. (See More)

I contacted several companies for an estimate on a split system. N.E.T.R. was my choice . Chip did the estimate and explained everything to me and he provided the estimate in less than 5 minutes. Alana handled every question I had before I decided to move forward with N.E.T.R. The day of installation Jawon,and Christian were here at the promised start time. Unfortunately I never got to meet the electrician but he was in and out before I even knew he had arrived, very impress how quickly his part of the job was completed. From initial consultation to completion, NETR is the best company I've dealt with. Cesar and Christian spent three days to make sure everything was installed properly and functioning as they should be. Derek helped with electrical work and was very pleasant to deal with, as well. We were so pleased with N.E.T.R., for the installation of our Mitsubishi mini split system. We have a 200+ year old house that was a challenging install as the 3 wall units are on the opposite sides of our home. We had contacted 2 other companies who were unable to come up with an installation plan. Our sales rep James was wonderful. He came to our home twice and came up with the perfect solution for our needs.
Our installers Caesar, Christian and Ivan were fantastic! They were so neat and efficient, wearing foot covers and using drop cloths on our floors. We have plaster walls and there was no dust or marks left from the installation.
The guys were so professional and pleasant. They explained in detail what they would be doing, and did a great job showing us how to use the system. You won’t find a better team to do your install.
We wanted the system primarily for air conditioning, but have been using it for heating this chilly spring. It has made our home so toasty and warm. What an added bonus!

My first NETR contact was Paul V who came to my house to assess the AC requirements. I decided on split units that would provide AC and heat and 3 units to be installed. Next Adam came out to determine the technical/installation requirements. It was determined that 2 work crews would be sent so that all installation would be completed in 1 day. On that day the technicians were due to arrive at 8 AM. Imagine my surprise when I went out to move my car at 7:30 and they were already here! Brian B, Ryan, Christian F and Ivan B introduced themselves by name (which is not often my experience with contractor staff I've not previously met). Brian explained how the work would progress, with the first step being to walk through the project with me. That accomplished they set to work. I was a bit concerned about foot traffic over rugs in the living room, but no worry. The technicians wore booties over their shoes and put down drop cloths so no one was walking directly on the rugs. I had explained that we have dogs and an indoor cat, and they were very careful to make sure the cat didn't escape. (The dogs were crated so no problem there.) They worked quietly with an electrician arriving around noon. By 2:30 all 3 units were installed inside and out. Christian instructed me on how to use the remote controls and also how to maintain the outside equipment in the winter. Definitely a great experience and happily warmer in the house now! And looking forward to being cooler in the summer. (See More)
