We needed our central air unit fixed on a really hot day. Bob B. from Cipollone came out ASAP, fixed the problem and serviced a second unit free of charge without us even asking. I'm sure we were not billed for the total cost of work done, and Bob was very professional and chatty with the kids which was nice. I switched from another AC company to John Cipollone Inc this year. Joey came out and did my annual maintenance service call today. It was the most thorough maintenance job I have ever had. Joey was knowledgable, professional and focused. He explained every aspect of the process and answered my questions fully and respectfully. I was very pleased with his work. We have had John Cipollone for years and every technician who has came out to our house to service the furnace and the air conditioner has been excellent. They are neat and go about their work in a professional manner and at the end of the visit, explain exactly what they did.
If I need service late at night, I can call them and they respond quickly. It has happened to me in the past.
They are the only people I call...

Well, where do I start? John Cipollone, Inc., Matthias Kuhn and Bob Bard, are great. Last year they replaced my downstairs AC and Matthias was great. Most recently, it was 95 degrees out, and my upstairs AC went out. I had to go out of town and trusted Bob to enter my house without being on premises, something we never do. I feel like I have been a customer forever. My experience has always been good. I have receive good service from a reliable and honest company.
I have had a lot of good experiences but the one that stands out the most is the time my Air Conditioner broke the night before I had to take a business trip. I called that morning, left a key for them and by the time I came home from my trip my new Air Conditioner was installed. Reliable Honest. I say again. 06/13/17 |

This company installed a highly sophisticated gas furnace A/C system with thermostat in my house several years ago. They changed all the PVC lines and copper lines. They did an incredible job. I counted 15 people over three days working very hard and the results are excellent. They routinely perform service each year. The service technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and dedicated.
