DJ was my technician today. I have had Gene's do work for me for several decades. All the technicians were good and satisfactory but DJ was OUTSTANDING. His understanding of his profession was exemplary and his work ethic and honesty were beyond anything I have seen in other profession for the past 30 years. I will ALWAYS request him for any future problems. In my profession as teacher and counselor, I have dealt with over 10000 young people [anyone under 45], and DJ is one in a million. Keith was great! Arrived on time after a phone call to let me know he was on his way. Very much appreciated! He worked quickly to determine the best solution for our old furnace. Repair or replace. He walked me through all the options without any pressure either way. Keith was quite knowledgeable and made me feel like we were making the best decision. He even left me heaters to keep us warm until our install. (See More)
