I had a large home addition in which I acted as my own contractor. I learned there are lots of snakes in the construction industry and when the time came for HVAC work I had my guard up. I was interested in a geothermal system vs conventional and got multiple quotes on each. Covenant was by far the most impressive in terms of their knowledge and customer service during the estimate phase and that continued thoughout the install. I would hire these guys to do everything from electrical to plumbing if I could. They have been the superstars of my project and I wish other contractors operated like they do! Chris H. 12/22/16 |

Some time early in the season my 15 year old Trane system sprung a leak and the bill just to charge it up with coolant was disturbing since I knew it was a temporary fix. I had planned to fix this with a new system in October when we'd have some nice fall weather. Unfortunately the recharge did not last the summer and in August I found myself with no AC. After doing research and asking around I settled on 4 companies and lined then up, or attempted to, for bids.
Of the bids submitted only Covenant Heating and Cooling met my stringent requirements of Professionalism and Customer Satisfaction. Arrangements were made and Chris Hamlin and his crew arrived and promptly and efficiently went to work. It was obvious that they were competent, something very valued by yours truly. The removal and installation took most of the (sweltering) day and at the end I had my new system cooling my home. Chris and the crew cleaned up and left little trace of their presence, except the wonderful cool air I had been without for about a month. A few weeks later I had a letter and a check from Johnathan Bibb, Covenant's President. In it he thanked me for partnering with them and was issuing a check for a portion of the amount they received for the recycling of my old system.
I have waited a few months before writing this review because I wanted to see the system in both heat and cooling modes. All I can say now is that I am extremely happy and satisfied that I chose an American Standard system and Covenant Heating and Cooling to install and perform all the future maintenance on it. After experiencing numerous frustrating attempts for gas log repair I stumbled on Covenant Heating & Air. A service call was promptly scheduled at a cost considerably less than other quotes. Matt, the representative quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. [I'm recovering from surgery so he even offered to help my wife bring in the groceries from the garage}. Based on this experience I've signed up for the Covenant Care Plan which covers a variety of home appliance inspections ....including gas logs. EXCELLENT COMPANY!! Devin K. 12/05/16 |

Covenant inspects our hvac semi-annually. During the fall inspection Matt B. noticed that we had a problem with out ductwork which apparently had been caused by a humidifier that was improperly installed for the previous owner. We had to replace all of the ductwork to be sure the problem was corrected. The mess was kept to a minimum and our questions were answered. Good job! Honest company, excellent service, 24/7, very nice techs, aren't high pressure, have deals and discounts, having a 'membership' is worth it! They honored my warranty that the previous company would not (the ones who installed my unit). They give a timeframe that they'll arrive that is within a couple hours or so, not the 'Sometime between 8am and 9pm' kind of thing, then they call when they finish with the job before you to see if you are ready for them to show up. This is the third time using Covenant Heating and Cooling. They are always prompt and amazing with communication. They continue to go above and beyond with their customer service. I have never felt pressured or taken advantage with the techs regarding the work that is being quoted to me. They have fair pricing and do quality work, always providing information so you can really understand the problem with your system. SOOO refreshing this day and age to have a company operate with such amazing customer service and moral values. I want to let everyone know that this company goes above and beyond. We had gotten an estimate from them on replacing a central unit on a house we were purchasing. The quote was excellent We told them that we would like to get it in as soon as we closed (this was in Feb) so that we could start working on the house to be able to move in asap. They said that they would try to be there by the following day if we let them know in advance. Well I contacted them and let them know the closing date that was scheduled and as we all know things like that can change - so I told them I would call when we closed to let them know for sure. So on closing day after all papers were signed I gave them a call and let them know . Hoping that we could be put on schedule with in the next day or 2. Well they beat us to the house! LOL I'm sure they can't akways be that speedy but I'm sure they try. They really surprised us- it was service above and beyond!
