Brian was very professional and did a great job replacing a breaker box next to my Heat and Air unit. The reason for the low score is we were charged $587 to replace one breaker that can be purchased at Lowe's for $60. The cost of the repair was not fair. Brian has been to my house on a few occasions and he has been wonderful. He always is professional and gives me all the information I need to make decisions to make the best decision for me. He never pushers but answers all my questions. I have used Coveant for many years and and feel they are very good at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone. I have been a customer of Covenant Heating and Cooling since June 2012. I have always had Covenant professional service technicians arrive to service our AC/Heating system. I have never been over sold on anything that was not needed. In June of 2006 I first was introduced to this company when my daughter purchased her first home as a young single woman in her 20's. I was traveling when my daughters central heating/cooling system went out on her home. I researched online and found Covenant had the best reviews. I called the company and explained that I was across country on business and my daughter needed a service repairman. I explained my concern about a service man showing up to my single daughters home. I was transferred to the owner of the company and he reassured me that HE would be the one making the service call. Fast forward to the day where the company owner showed up. After their visit my daughter calls me and says Daddy, I told the man this was my first home purchase and she was nervous about the cost of the repair. After I spoke with the owner over the phone it was determined that the unit was past being repaired due to its age. Cost of replacement was discussed in detail and a order for a new system install was arranged. Before the owner left, ( I can not recall his name ) he stopped and took time to pray with my daughter, he prayed for her personally and her first home purchase. Ok, now fast forward to today, August 19, 2020. The service man Chris S. arrives on time to do the yearly maintenance on our heating and cooling system. During this visit I mention that we are leaving for Ohio tomorrow to attend my Fathers funeral. As we share conversation and Chris ask some questions about my Father, I sensed that his questions were heartfelt. Once our service has been completed and Chris is reviewing his findings, paperwork/receipts are prepared and Chris is getting ready to leave. At that very moment Chris ask if he can pray for me. I accept and our heads are bowed, as Chris begins to Pray for me. After just loosing my Father and listing to the words that Chris is saying in his prayer bring tears to my eyes. The prayer was detailed, personal and heartfelt. After the prayer was completed, due to COVID-19 I gave Chris a "air hug". And thanked him as I was holding back the tears. This is a prime example of how this company is run. We are always too quick to judge and never quick to complement. For 8 years that I have been doing business with Covenant Heating and Cooling, I feel blessed that they are taking care of the HVAC needs for my family. This review is written by a 62 year old professional retired male living in West Nashville. I hired several companies over my lifetime to work on several different homes that I had. brian quickly and accurately fixed a simple issue regarding my 2 zone cooling system which was previously overlooked by two other service companies. i wish i had made covenant my first call! very professional - showed me the problem and how it was fixed. did not leave until my questions were answered and i was comfortable with the resoultion. thank you! I would like to take a moment to say that I am so grateful. I am 64 years old and can't do things like I once could. I was broke down on the side of the road with a flat tire on Friday evening and a young man named Will was the only person who stopped to help of what looked like 200 cars that passed. Imagine this I do not carry a cellphone (imagine a person who doesn't have a cellphone in this day and age) but he found I had no spare so he made a call to someone he knew and took my tire to get it fixed. They was unable to repair the tire so he bought me a new tire and came back to install it. I offered to repay him as soon as I could but he said he was once in the same situation and someone helped him so he wanted nothing in return. What a blessing this guy is. Recently moved to Nashville area and was recommended to Covenant by our neighbor who is an area real estate agent. We were in need for a checkup on our home AC unit and Cole was sent out to take care of us. Can't say enough good things about Covenant and their team. Some of the team members whose names I can remember...John, Mark, Chris, Joe, Chris #2, and Matt B***. Did a full removal and replacement of all the duct work in our crawl space. We left town for a few days while the work was being done. Still had work left to do when we returned and one of their team was sick and had to leave that day. They rallied their troops brought in extra help to get our air back on that day. Finished in the dark and a pouring rain. Never one complaint from anyone and they were all soaked! Summing up, they do what they say, when they say and completely stand behind their work.
