Our AC went out right as we were beginning to have warm/hot temperatures. We unfortunately thought Home Warranty of America would help us replace the unit as they had promised, which is why we kept renewing the service every year. We had paid out of pocket (since nothing is covered under Home Warranty of America) to fix the unit a couple of times. After paying for the warranty and repairs, we could have had a new unit to begin with. We called Covenant Heating and Cooling desperately just wanting a new AC ASAP. They responded quickly with a very fair price! When Chris and his team came to install the unit, the weather was terrible and delayed the service. Covenant Heating and Cooling recently replaced our split gas system. I called around and had quotes from multiple other local companies, but decided to go with Covenant. I really liked how thorough Jonathan was in his quote and how he seemed to really understand what we needed, and not just try to sell us equipment either we didn't need or that was not correct for our situation. The crew that installed the system were very professional, clean, and did a great job. I really liked that they made sure to clean up any mess they made, including sweeping the floor before they left both days. Came home late on a January night to a broken thermostat. The next morning made a call to Covenant Heating and Cooling, after being familiar with them through their Way-FM ad. They provided me with same day service! I was impressed with Clayton's (the technician) attention to detail- from covering his shoes the moment he walked in, to offering to do touch up painting where the new thermostat didn't cover the old thermostat's wall space. Thank you for sending Jeff out to check my gas fireplace. I thought it might have had a leak. He checked the outside turn on leaver and the gas line into the house. He also took the logs out and checked the entire gas unit. He cleaned the logs and the grade. He had the Correct instruments to check for gas leaks that confirmed my gas fireplace was perfectly safe to be used. Plus, he took time to show me how to turn the gas logs on and take care of the fireplace properly. Thank you Jeff and Covenate Heating and Cooling.
