Jeff always does a good job. He found the leak in my water heater, it was dripping into the pan. I had a flood from a broke water heater in 2011 and don't want to go thru that again. Hate having to buy a water heater but much cheaper and easier than having a flood. Thank you. (See More)

My problem was my AC had quit working. That can be VERY uncomfortable in hot weather so I appreciate so much your coming within just a few hours after you were contacted. I didn't know the overflow safety switch was an additional cost of over $200, I thought it was included in the $900 quote. 2. They didn't finish the overflow connection pipe from WH to the drainage pipe but they came out the next day and finished it - Other than that they were great and I will recommend and hire them again. Jeff came out and was very professional and install an outside blower motor on my AC unit it was up and running in about 30 minutes. Comfort masters got me up and running during the memorial day weekend. There was no charge for the service since I will be installing a brand new Trane heating and air-conditioning system this week. We had Comfort Masters install our Heating and Air conditioner a decade ago. They did an awesome job then. Since then we have had them out a few times to service/check the system and have always had a great experience. A week or so ago, when it really started to get hot out here we noticed our Air Conditioner wasn't cooling us off. We called and they sent a Service Man to us named Jeff. He was younger than I expected, but then at my age, EVERYONE is young. He did a great job! Found the problem quickly and had us up a running in no time. Thanks, Jeff, and thanks, Comfort Masters. I have been a Comfort Master customer for the last 6 years. I am on the Winter/ Spring Maintenance schedule. Scott and all of his people are great..From the initial phone call, to the service call, I always get great service and the technician that come to my home always calls when they are on there way.
