I was surprised how fast my service was scheduled and completed. With both of us working timing is an important consideration. Our Tech demonstrated knowledge of the problem and relayed it clearly for our best options to move forward. Our issue was resolved quickly and reasonably. (See More)

My AC went out when my 78 year old mother-n-law was visiting and we needed help fast. Comfort Masters responded early in the morning and got my AC up and running before the heat of the day could cause any discomfort. Sammie was excellent. I'm in process of selling my home and the buyer's inspector reported my A/C blower motor was unbalanced. I called Comfort Masters and Sammie called the next morning. When he arrived I asked if he could inspect my A/C verify and state that it is in good operating condition. He had some concern about vibration. Because, the motor is new he believed it was a problem with wheel. He was more than efficient in finding a new one. Sammie replaced it the next day and signed the inspection report as repaired and completed. If I could ad a ⭐️, I would because Sammie's professionalism was above excellent. Comfort Masters was represented well. I highly recommend them for HVAC service. (See More)

Unknown to us, we had an issue with a blocked vent, keeping exhaust smell in our house. We could smell exhaust when the heater was on. When Sam came for our checkup, he knew immediately what the problem must be and took care of that first. He checked all around for our safety - looking for CO2 detectors and emphasized how important those are for our safety. He always takes care of us with a servants heart. Our furnace is working like a top, now, NO more smell! (See More)

ust like when you take your car to the mechanic and they can't get it to act up - that's what happened with my furnace when Sam showed up (promptly) to investigate the loud noise it made for me early in the morning. Arrived the same day as was requested service. Tech was courteous and professional. *** had the right equipment to make diagnostic evaluation on my a/c system. He added refrigerant and had my system cooling in a little over an hour. The charges for refrigerant and labor were reasonable and fair for the work performed.
