When I needed new air conditioning and heating units 11 years ago, Comfort Masters was able to take care of my needs. I have been on their service plan also nearly as long. Mike, The Tech was super cool. He found the problem with my AC, let me know what he would have to do to it to repair and gave me an estimate for it. Tony at Comfort Masters did an excellent job although he had some major issues with my tank less water heater. He never gave up and was always very professional. He may have gotten frustrated at times with the heater but never showed it. The issue was finally resolved and Tony apologized so much for the time it took to get it working. I would give him 6 stars but the review questionnaire wouldn't let me. (See More)
