The Action team is amazing! I had a water heater and tub leak repair done. Customer service was professional, quick responses, and efficient. The plumbers (Art and Tobias) are extremely educated, very thorough with explanations of repairs and upfront about the costs before making any repairs. They went above and beyond for the fixes! Our condo community had a main water line break late on Friday night. The city turned off the water to 75 units. Tobias at Action Plumbing arrived early on a cold Saturday morning and started the work immediately to restore the water line. We had water back on by that afternoon. On November 3, Tobias and Art repaired two toilet intake valves. Tobias was very efficient and polite in explaining the problem with old pipes.
Although they had to get the needed parts from their supplier, they were back quickly and did they repair work in short time. I appreciated that Tobias went beyond the needed repair to reinforce the plumbing under the toilets. I will recommend them to friends and family in the future. (See More)

We were very pleased with Tobias when he came to fix our leak. He even found a leak we didn't know we had and fix that one, as well. The main waterline sprung a leak just below the shutoff valve so shutting the water off into our condo didn’t do any good. The pipe was still leaking. I called Action Plumbing at 1:00 am and within a half hour, Tobias S arrived. Because the main outside water shutoff affects 4 buildings and 16 units, water can not be shutoff without giving other homeowners 24 hours notice. Thanks to Tobias’ quick and creative thinking and his obvious knowledge of plumbing he was able to stop the water from leaking and avoid further damage. My wife and I are incredibly grateful to Tobias for his problem solving expertise. He was exactly the type of person you would want to solve a difficult plumbing problem in an unusual circumstance in the middle of the night. Furthermore, Tobias S was incredibly polite and mindful of the leak occurring in a bedroom on a totally finished lower level of our home. I had never used Action Plumbing before, but, I would definitely use them again and I would definitely insist that they send Tobias S out on our call. Thank you Tobias and Action Plumbing. (See More)

I have used Action for many needs over the years but Sunday night I had a plumbing issue at my rental property and they had a tech out in about an hour. Turns out the issue was no longer an issue but there was sewage damage that needed immediate attention. Tobias did not charge me since he didn't have to service anything and he also recommended a company to come out for clean up who arrived at 7 am on Monday! Incredible customer service! I am the property manager/real estate agent and am managing a 4 plex in Salt Lake City. We had a pretty big plumbing emergency today. Quite honestly I called a couple of other plumbing services only because they came up on line. I called Action and they answered. The person that took the call was very nice and very helpful and assured me they would get me in line to be serviced. A surprisingly short while later I get a call from the plumber. He was so on it. He got to the property first and went to work. I was caught in traffic but that did not stop him at all. He called me several times while I was en route to get there. To be honest this was a very difficult problem to figure out and even harder to fix. Tobias did not give up, it was so hot and the sun was beating down on him but he was so professional and did not complain one bit. Nor did he give up. He SOLVED the problem and saved us thousands of dollars. He talked to my tenants and reassured them as well that the problem was fixed. I am a little amazed, he knew what to do and kept me informed about what was happening step by step. I would recommend Action to anyone and everyone but most of all Tobias Schroder is a professional and did his job extremely well. I will be using Tobias for all my plumbing needs going forward!
