to give a rate I would have to give Ben and Action a VERY BIG MINUS
on Dec 16 2020, at 9:30 I called Action PHA&E because my my furnace was not working and it was a very cold night. The reply was, there were no technician available until about noon tomorrow. About noon the next day Ben arrived, looked and checked the furnace which took about 15 to 20 minutes, and said the furnace had to be replaces. Ben quoted me a price of a replacement of $8,600, with a trade allowance of $1,000 For my 5 year old furnace. I told Ben that I had to find the money, that I was trying to live on Social Security and did not have that amount available. That same day my son called me to see how I was doing, I told him that the furnace had quite, he said he would have his son come over to check it out. My grand son is a certified HVAC tech. In less than 10 minutes he had removed the igniter as it was burned out. 1 hour later he returned, installed the new igniter and the furnace is working like new.
this one part cost $50, a wonderful grandson worked for Free!!!
I will not recommend Action to anybody EVER.........
I believe Ben is Unethical and the appropriate "ACTION" be taken.

They came out and did the duct cleaning and did a good job. It should have been done last December but it wasn't arranged. I hadn't moved into the home yet so it would have been easier to do then. But I was told that I should have it done every 2 to 3 years anyway so it's not that big of a deal. Now I just have to try to find out why the HE furnace that Action installed wasn't approved for the rebate by the Gas company like I was told it would be. It's always something... (See More)

I called Action around 2:00 pm and by 4:30 the tech Shawn was at my house (he called to let me know he would be there in 20min). Checked out furnace and showed me that it needed to be replaced. With his professional advice and information I had ordered a furnace and To my surprise it is to be installed tomorrow (SAT). You just can't get better service than I did from Action thank you so much. Fred Curtis. Sat Ian and oz were there to install the furnace. What an awesome and professional job they did. Monday Ben and his helper were there to clean the vents NOW I KNOW WHY THEY ARE Called ACTION you could not ask for better service. (See More)

Amazing service. Rocky was alwsud curtious and gave great estimated times as to when Ben and his assistant would be here. Ben quickly got on the job of cleaning our vents and ducts and was finished quickly. He reminded us when we should call to have them done again. Action has eon us over on several services from their company. Applause to the whole team!!! (See More)
