OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE from everyone starting with the front desk operator to the plumbers, etc. They took care of the stressful burdens from my sewer problems with ease and skill. Darren and Brent were so wonderful down to all of the others that labored with them. They earned every dollar and cent. If I had more I would not hesitate to give more. When they arrived to begin the work they were met with a challenge that was not expected. They met the challenge with ease. I was so thankful. I have dealt with this company on several occasions for my furnace, swamp cooler and hot water heater .
I have never been disappointed. I have them on speed dial with my phone. Before using Action Plumbing I have used other companies which would use my tools and then leave with them and never returning them. A well oiled machine from beginning to end! We had a backed up pipe in the basement that they quickly identified to being something not major, and took care of the issue for under $100. Brent was knowledgable, and genuinely concerned about if there was mold, in which he provided additional information that helped me to research further after he left to make a decision to move forward with getting it looked at. Fast response, great service and very decent price. Our sewer line was clogged, and it took a lot of hard work to fix it; however, it was functioning again in no time. With the camera going down the drain, it made me feel good to see for myself what the issue was, rather than rely on somebody else's opinion. I couldn't get the toilet cleared from a partial clog. Brent was very professional in performing the repair.
My only comment is that most of us people don't have the more commercial tools to clear problems like I had. I'm grateful that Action could help. But I think for 5 minutes of work and $150 later seems a little pricy. (See More)

I highly recommend Action Plumbing & Heating to anyone with serious plumbing issues. Broken sewer pipes recently flooded my basement and Action had the problem fixed by the end of the day, despite having to dig in the backyard to replace the pipes. The staff was courteous, helpful and friendly. A great shout out to Ryan (I'm so thankful for the little extras in the upstairs bathroom), Wally and Brent. Thank you! My only complaint might be the length of time it took for someone to arrive following my initial 5am call - it was after 9:30am before the crew came and began their work although I understand they had jobs ahead of me. Action Plumbing & Heating will be the first place I call if I experience any more plumbing issues, and I've already recommended them to my neighbors. (See More)

They put it in with a lot less disruption than I expected with maybe 6 hours without plumbing access. They even prevented further sleep disruption by finding two other sewage pipe issues that would have given us problems down the road. It's been two weeks and the care they took with our grass has allowed it to recover incredibly well. We had a screwy situation and I believe they came up with the best solution. (See More)

These guys were so great! It was easy to schedule my appointment for work that needed to be done, and it was a lot of work. They were here in a timely manner, they finished the job quickly, they explained everything they were doing in a satisfactory way, and they gave me a great deal on the services I needed because I was having so much work done. Brent Young with Action Plumbing totally took care of my renter and myself on Christmas Eve by putting in totally new value stems and faucets (basically the works) for the bath tub and shower. He also gave us the best Christmas gift ever by doing this on his own dime (saved us hundreds of dollars and made everyone very happy). Action Plumbing now has a customer for life and Brent Young is the best plumber ever!!! In my humble opinion I would tell everyone to call Action Plumbing 1st, because no one else was willing to do the work until the following week. The dispatcher was very friendly over the phone, I can't remember her name, but she did great and was able to get a plumber out to my store within just a few hours. When Brent arrived, he was prompt in getting right to the diagnostic, figured out what was wrong, and corrected it in less than an hour. Brent Young has been our "go to" plumbing guy for all our plumbing needs. He is now like part of the family. It is a very rare and special thing when you have someone in the professional trades that you can not only trust but feel so at ease when you have a need where they will properly advise you and not fleece you as so many these days do. Best of all he is meticulous in his work habits and never makes or leaves a mess during his work. All I can tell you is that without naming names, we've used quite a few of the other main names out there in these trades when we needed electrical, HVAC or Plumbing work done in our home. Brent Young and Robert have been to my home three or four times In the last year to make repairs and install fixtures during remodeling or upgrading. I cannot stress enough how thorough these two gentlemen are whenever they work in my home. Today Brent and Robert came out to replace my worn out garbage disposal. Instead of just leaving it at just the disposal replacement and leaving, Brent took the time to route out the water pipes to my kitchen sink, cleared the water lines to my kitchen faucet adjusted the low water pressure to my kitchen sink and straightened the sink handles. In addition, Robert recaulked an upstairs bathtub and replaced the tub spout that protruded too far out from the wall and scraped a thick layer of silicon that I could not remove with any solvent. No one else has ever gone that far above and beyond the originally scheduled job to retain my customer loyalty. In the future, Brent and Robert are the two I will always request on all plumbing jobs I have. I'd seen the Action commercials on TV and was actually excited to finally have them come perform a job for me. They seemed like a very well-known and reputable company.
