Chacie, Lonetta, and Claudia are definitely the friendliest people you'll ever talk to, on the phone. They met my needs same day. Additionally, they called, several times, with updates of arrival times of their plumber and HVAC techs (who, by the way, were exactly on time). Jeff (HVAC) found the problem with my furnace within minutes and fixed it. He could told me anything, and I would probably have believed him; I don't know HVAC. And the cost of his repairs were VERY reasonable. Coty (plumber) was amazing, he found the drainage problems in my kitchen and upstairs bathrooms and made the repairs quickly. He also offered me an extremely comprehensive maintenance pachage for my plumbing, furnace, A/C, AND fireplace for a year, as well as threw in a 2nd year free. Of course I purchased it. At that price, how could I not. Coty was amazing. I won't use another plumber, now. Thank you, Action!! You really are AMAZING!!!! (See More)

Thurs evening at dinner time, our air conditioner quit working. We called Action and they sent Shawn out by about 8 pm. He checked out the unit, which, of course, had completely died. He was respectful and informative. He did not try to up sale us. We ordered the new unit and scheduled installation for next day. Mike and Josh, the installers, were also very respectful of our home and our time. Josh took particular care to hold the door each time he came in so that it would not slam. They were on top of their job and worked efficiently. We appreciate the good care we were given, which is typical for Action. We have always had good results. (See More)

The appointment lady was cheerful and accommodating to my schedule. The furnace & fireplace technician 'Dustin' was top-notch in his people skills and ability to clean the gas line and fix my fireplace to perfection! I say perfection because our home's builder original installer did-not put the logs together properly. Dustin was patient to explain the problems and take care in his work. Now the fireplace works perfectly & looks fabulous for the first time in 15 years! (See More)

I called for an opening and they put me on the schedule the same day. The repair man was at my house within the hour and knew what was wrong with our heater within the first 10 seconds! It was a quick fix and worth the price because he had to mess with the gas and electrical parts but he went thru what he did step by step with my husband! I called Action around 2:00 pm and by 4:30 the tech Shawn was at my house (he called to let me know he would be there in 20min). Checked out furnace and showed me that it needed to be replaced. With his professional advice and information I had ordered a furnace and To my surprise it is to be installed tomorrow (SAT). You just can't get better service than I did from Action thank you so much. Fred Curtis. Sat Ian and oz were there to install the furnace. What an awesome and professional job they did. Monday Ben and his helper were there to clean the vents NOW I KNOW WHY THEY ARE Called ACTION you could not ask for better service. (See More)

Fast response, great service and very decent price. Our sewer line was clogged, and it took a lot of hard work to fix it; however, it was functioning again in no time. With the camera going down the drain, it made me feel good to see for myself what the issue was, rather than rely on somebody else's opinion. Jeff was very knowledgeable and thorough finding the problem with our 10 year old furnace. He also noticed that a wire had not been connected on the installation that fully enabled the 2 stage feature, and took care of that for me. He was friendly, prompt and no pressure. (See More)

Called Action for a second opinion last week, but due to a storm they had to reschedule and I am available in the evening. Shawn came out to check out the furnace, he said that I wouldn't need a new furnace since its 9 years old and this brand has a warranty until 10. He did verify what was stated before that the motor is about to give out and thermostat is not working properly. (See More)

Great communication from the time of scheduling appt, to confirming on day of appt in advance. Technician was professional, courteous, clear, and patient. Price quote to wire for a pendant light in dining room was more than 50% less than another large chain vendor. Haven't had the work done yet but will probably choose them as it was refreshing to have a smooth transaction. (See More)

I couldn't get the toilet cleared from a partial clog. Brent was very professional in performing the repair. My only comment is that most of us people don't have the more commercial tools to clear problems like I had. I'm grateful that Action could help. But I think for 5 minutes of work and $150 later seems a little pricy. (See More)

I bought a furnace from Action several years ago. I also bought a service plan. They have been the best heating & air conditioning purchases I have ever made! The furnace runs like a dream. I always get reminders about my semi-yearly inspection in time to schedule before the cold (or hot) season starts. The staff has always been professional, clean, and aware of my needs. Troy did a great job! Our warehouse had a swamp cooler that had been linking water. Troy came in found the problem, got the parts it works. while he was fixing this, our floor drain was plugged, when he finished the cooler ,he fixed the drain. I called and Lonetta R. answered the phone. She was very friendly and got me all set up for someone to come see our ac. I told her I had a 5 week old baby at home and she was very concern with the temperature of the home getting really hot. She said she would call me back to let me know when someone would be in....she did call back and reassured me someone would be at my house within an hour to come check the ac. Shawn M. came to my home, he had a great positive attitude, he explained all of my options and wasn't pushy about what I should do but rather explained all the pros and cons. He had the ac working within minutes....after an hour I called back because the ac stopped working again. Shawn came back to my home and again showed up with a great attitude willing to take another look and wanting to make it better. I would definitely recommend this company. I also think that we need more people like Lonetta and Shawn, you don't see this kind of customer service anymore. These guys are great. (See More)

He was thorough, knowledgeable and efficient--as well as being an excellent representative for his company. Ashley, who called to advise me that my technician was on his way to my home (as scheduled) continues to provide me with friendly and personable service in setting up appointments for routine maintenance of my HVAC equipment. I called to get some info on an A/C repair. They were able to come out that same day within hours get it fixed. All for a great price. John E. from Action Heating, Plumbing, and Air came to our home in Kaysville to give us a quote for an electrical hookup to a hot tub. First of all, John was prompt, meaning he was on time. Secondly, John was very thorough in explaining what he thought needed to be done to do the job properly. We got three (3) other quotes that were considerably cheaper than John's original quote. Action followed up with us and asked if we were happy with John's quote. We told them it was considerably higher, on the order of four (4) times as high as the other quotes. They passed this information on to John who then called me and talked to me personally about it. We discussed a lot of details of the job and John revised his quote to meet the other quotes. Very decent experience. Another company had failed to check for cracks or warn me and shut down my 20 year old furnace Action made sure that I was treated well and gave me a great deal on a good furnace. They threw in a service contract and I have been treated fairly well by all of their technicians. It was even better that the service contract covered not just heating, but they also came out to check my air conditioning in the summer and would check on my plumbing if I needed too. (See More)

Jimi Hayes came to my house from Action Plumbing. He was there for a safety inspection. I sat and talked to him as he showed me around the insides of my furnace. He was a wonderful person to talk to and very pleasant to get acquainted with. The only thing I did not like about the whole experience was the barrage of e-mails and phone calls from Action Plumbing prior to and after the inspection. What can i say about Action Plumbing and Heating, The ladies in office are the Best. Like Ashley E. or Lonetta R. they are alway's there to help you with your needs. I've had Derrick P. out to my home now twice, first time was in Dec. 2014, to put in a new AMANA Gas Furnaces, the best that there is. His work is second to none, his sheet metal work is the best there is. The second time was Sep. 2015 , to do a Furnaces check up. It's alway's nice to talk with the office staff, when calling a work order in. Like Lonetta R. in customer service or Taneel P. in dispatch. They are so helpfull with my order, and letting me know when Jason P. the plumber will arive. they go out of there way to help the customer. Now to my plumber Jason, i have had other plumber's in the past, but they just let me down. I will only use Jason , for all my plumbing needs, his work is the best , because he takes pride in it. Billy is a stand up guy. He's a very knowledgeable plumber that doesn't try to beat around the bush and or try to sell you on something not necessary. He came to our home, showed me exactly what was wrong, gave an honest assessment and did exactly what needed to be done in a very timely manner. He is a professional and doesn't waste time trying to sell you some sort of NASA space like piping. He's legit and right to the point. Ive had bad luck with plumbers. I would strongly recommend him.
