My husband and I are very pleased and satisfied with our new air/furnace installation, that America Air installed for us yesterday. We had 3 different estimates, American Air was our pick. Very friendly and honest, company. Mark always answered every question my husband had and took the time to explain his answers. When the installation was finished, Jeff sat down at our kitchen table and told us everything we needed to know about our new system. American Air is who we will keep for all our furnace/air needs.

I was calling around to get bids on a furnace/air conditioner replacement. I had never heard of American Air but they had great reviews. Mark came out and gave me the bid. He answered all of my questions. This past summer was hectic for HVAC people and American Air was no different. They keep me posted on when they would be out to install mine. My current system was running so there wasn't a big hurry. The day of the install Jeff and a helper (can't remember his name) came to do the install. Both were very cordial. I had offered to help but they told me they would take care of it and they did. It took most of the day but when they were done you couldn't tell they had been there, except for the new A/C unit and furnace. Everything was cleaned up! I went with the 16 SEER A/C and 96% efficient furnace. I waited until it was cold before leaving the review so it would cover the A/C and Heating. I am very pleased with them and can't hardly hear them running.

My furnace went out last Tuesday, I called on Wednesday, a technician came that day, went over the issue, making sure of what the issue was. Turned out it was a mother board and gas valve bad, I had to talk it over with my husband, and we decided to have the furnace replace. Of course, it was right before Christmas. The owner called on Christmas eve, and we set up a day and time to have a new furnace installed. Jeff and an assistance came out, they were both very knowledgeable and polite. Got the new furnace installed. Made sure I was comfortable with what they had done. Great service.

All those that work at American Air are very courteous, helpful, and efficient.They went out of the way to make sure to keep us with AC when the fan went out on our AC unit, even to the point of coming out on a weekend to install a 'rescue' fan to keep the unit working until they cold get out on a regular day to try work on the unit. We ended up needing a whole new unit and while it was ordered, Covid caused a delay in shipping, but we were kept updated on when the install could be scheduled. It would never be a mistake to call American Air for any of you HVAC needs, they are the best around!

Just had Dane come out and have a look at our unit. I was very thankful he came out on a Sunday when no one else could make it out. He was very honest and straight forward and was very nice. He didn’t put any pressure on us and let us make our own decision. I spoke with Mark the owner and he was also very kind and understanding. Even though American Air usually doesn’t service in Missouri they still came and helped me out. I can see why they have a perfect 5 star rating. Look forward to them installing our new unit.
