Alex S. was prompt, efficient and resolved our issue within 45 minutes. While reading past notes left on our furnace; we questioned the analysis from a long time go.
Alex provided us direct feedback with no fluff and most important assessed the situation in a reasonable amount of time with a fair charge.
The most important aspect of a good and reliable technician is being honest and getting to the root of the problem without surplus and/or unnecessary charges. Alex fits this bill.
Alex was highly competent as he resolved a long time (unknown) humidity problem with the replacement of a $37.00 valve not including the service charge.
Great experience with a competent and a honest Techician!
Suggestion: When possible...it would be prudent the Company try to coordinate & sign the same technician to a fixed address / same house (especially on service contracts) to prevent unfamiliar service individuals from coming in and at the same time; it’s unfamiliar to the owner.

I was very pleased with Alex's knowledge with diagnosing the
problem, explaining it, advising of a solution and suggesting a
maintenance program to prevent future problems. He also took
the time to relate this to my daughter-in-law by phone, who
made the final decision on whether to go forward with it.

Technician Alex *. was friendly, efficient and professional. We have been using AA Service for over 20 years and *all* their employees are the best. When we call in, the customer service reps are friendly and helpful, and every single technician they have ever sent out has been great (knowledgeable, nice and professional). We have bought two furnaces from them (we have two separate systems in our home) and an air conditioning unit, and when the time comes to replace the other a/c unit, we will use AA Service as well. We recommend AA Service very highly (my father used them when it was time for him to buy a furnace, too, and he was very happy as well). And thank you, Alex, for the great job the other day! On Jan. 3, Jeff did another excellent job. We determined that the water source should be hot and not cold, water. Unfortunately the plumbers had hooked up cold. Once again Jeff was personable, patient, and willing to explain things.
On May 31, 2013 Jeff visited us again to service our AC. Jeff quickly diagnosed that there was a leak evident from a previous test. He refilled the coolant so we could have AC and also immediately arranged for the home office to call me to set up a time to do the necessary repairs. Jeff was also very good at explaining everything and walking me through it.
On June 14, 2013, Jason B replace our AC coil. He did an excellent job. He was efficient and completed the job in a very professional manner. Actually, the unit looks better than it did before. He explained everything he was doing and left the premises in immaculate condition.
On April 2, 2014, Jeff C replaced a water filter for our humidifier. As usual, Jeff was efficient and professional. He explained everything he was doing. Jeff is our favorite technician and hope we can continue to have him service our heating and A/C units. He's just the best. (See More)

We have been using AA Service Co. for many years now and continue be quite pleased by the professionalism and reliability of their service and the service staff and office staff. On our latest occasion over the summer we had a new humidifier installed with certain related plumbing fixed. Late last week we noticed a sizable leak emanating from our new humidifier. Alex came out and diagnosed the situation as a faulty valve that was not replaced when the humidifier was installed. Alex not only did all the repairs, including replacement of the faulty valve and the humidifier pad, but he interceded with the office to ensure that all of the work and parts were covered under the one year warranty.
