John S came to our home on the day of the installation to make sure the everything was in order. Following the installation, John returned to give an in-person tutorial on the use of the WIFI enabled thermostat and encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions in the future. John S came out to give us a quote on a new furnace and he was very patient and gave us a lot of options. Within a couple of days, it became apparent that our current furnace was not going to make it through a very cold period and we called John late in the day and he had the furnace installed that next afternoon. We are very thankful that he was able to do this because we would have been without heat during the coldest weather we have experienced for quite a while. John and his entire team were incredible. From the beginning of the process (pre measuring for the new HVAC system), to the final installation, they were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. John went above and beyond by keeping me updated each step of the process, including personally checking in with the team the day of the installation. He, also, went above and beyond by scheduling an appointment with me the following day to connect the wireless thermostat, as well as providing me detailed instructions on how to use it.

AAA Service did a great job installing a new furnace, air conditioner, smart thermostat, and humidifier in our Evanston condo. John ** helped us pick out a unit properly sized for the unit and rooftop at a great price. Itβs much more comfortable year round with a system that runs much less frequently and quiet! We had a 15 year old builder-grade furnace that required multiple forms of major maintenance over the years before my wife and I decided that we were ready for a completely new and upgraded system. We called John from AA, our service provider, who quickly stopped over to discuss our home heating/cooling challenges in order to design the best solution, with multiple options based on our budget and preferences. With our decision in hand, John and his team began their work β including additional design and measurement, installation, and post installation support. John and his team provided excellent service at each step and they took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions β from simple thermostat tweaks to more complex damper adjustments β in an easy to understand way, avoiding the common industry jargon. Living in a multilevel townhouse, we constantly had trouble heating/cooling the upper and lower floors. The new system was completely rebuilt and functioning in 1 day! It works perfectly. We are now living comfortably on all three levels without wearing multiple warm layers. I highly recommend John, his team, and the broader AA company. (See More)

Everyone was efficient, courteous, professional and went above and beyond what was needed. John spent a great deal of time both before (examining the situation and volunteering to do extra tasks not required by the installation) and after the install (setting up my thermostat and helping me make maximum use of the programs). Both Mario and Jason did an excellent job installing all the parts--this was a big job involving both HVAC and a new hot water heater. John S spent well over an hour programming our new thermostat on my iPhone, along with countless questions. I can now alter the heat or a/c from my phone anywhere in the world ( with wifi).

John Scullion the sales rep. was so helpful, patient and honest in both providing options and information about furnaces, (a huge investment) for my home. He ultimately recommended the option which was in the middle price range based on the information I provided to him. The installation team led by Dave was also exceptional. Our family has used AA Service for over 10 years. We renew our maintenance agreement each time because we are impressed with their customer service and quality of work. Over the years we've had many technicians over for both our furnace and AC. We've never felt like they pushed new parts or work that was not necessary, and we appreciate their honesty. At our last maintenance check, the technician discovered a crack in our furnace's heat exchange and recommended a new unit. John S came over to give us estimates on different models and offered financing options that could fit into our budget. The installers were professional and neat, installing a new furnace in a very tight space, along with a new AC unit too. We appreciate the time that John S took to come back afterwards to check the furnace, along with walking us through how to work the new thermostat and answer any questions. I have used AA Service Company for years to service my furnace and air conditioner on a regular basis. When my old furnace finally died I went with AA Service to replace it. I had other estimates which were lower but I decided that their wonderful service throughout the years was worth the money. John S. gave me the estimate, designed a plan for my system and gave me the estimate. My furnace/air conditioner/humidifier was installed in a day with a very professional group of men. They were courteous, clean and knowledgable. The following day John came out to my house to explain the workings of my new (fancy) thermostat. He answered any questions that I still had and had everything working great by the time he left. I would definitely recommend this company. (See More)
