Glenn did a great job. We have a complex radiant heat system and it was shutting down all over the house. Glenn was able to diagnose and then fix our issues. I felt very comfortable having Glenn work at our home and I will continue to use him for all radiant issues!!! (See More)

Glenn was top notch. First he called 25 minutes before his scheduled arrival to check in and let me know he would be on time. He had a wealth of knowledge on our geothermal system. The system was a brand new install 5 years ago when we built the house and Glenn walked me through the functionality of the system and pointed out a few system inefficiencies that had been designed into our set up. He was able to make a few diagnostic changes to make our system work more efficiently. Very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Glenn and AA Service Co. Thank you. (See More)

We had the pleasure of welcoming Glen back to our home today as he serviced our two humidifiers. We live at the Bristol in the downtown area of Chicago and he did truly superb job. One of the humidifiers is located in a ceiling crawl space and Glen was able to reach it with the extension ladder he brought to our home. We were very pleased with his work ethic and appreciated his professionalism. We are also grateful to Fred for assigning Glen to our home. (See More)

I wanted to say that I appreciate you reaching out following my last e-mail. Glenn Harrison came to my house this morning and provided me with lots of information about our heating system (Unfortunately for us, none of it was good news, but I’m glad to know it!). My central air went down over the weekend and they were able to repair it quickly and at a very reasonable price considering it was the weekend. Technician Glenn did was able to quickly identify the problem and finish repairs in about 50 mins. Would highly recommend this company and technician. (See More)

Tech was great, kind to our dogs, respectful of the house and yard, leaving everything the way it was. He even made sure the gate was locked before he left so the dogs would not get out. Thoroughly cleaned A/C outside and checked the furnaces inside as well. We had them install all our furnaces and air conditioning units a couple years ago and are very pleased. (See More)

Unfortunately I encountered my heat going out at the very start of the cold season, by waking up at 2:30 in the morning freezing cold. That was not something I was thrilled about. I knew I had to call someone and then I began to worry about the cost. Fortunately for me, a neighbor had had extensive experience with AA Service Co both with their business and then at home. They simply said, "you need to call AA Service". I called on Monday morning, and Glenn H came that afternoon. He was very professional and quick to find and fix the problem. He had it fixed within a very short period of time. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to feel warmth in my home. I was grateful for two reasons. (1) I was grateful this happened at the start of the season vs in the dead of winter, and (2) I was grateful to have found AA Service Heating a& Cooling. I live on a very tight budget and they did not break my budget to get a major piece fixed. I can only say, "thank you". I will definitely be calling them in the future and I heartily recommend them to anyone encountering a need for service. I was not disappointed at all. (See More)
