Western Heating and Air Conditioning is amazing! We had our Furnace just up and quit on us during a cold front when we needed to use it cause it was down into the 30’s at night. When our furnace quit we were stressed and it couldn’t have happened at a worse time! We were going through some health Issues as well. I called Western Heating and Air Conditioning as well as some other furnace places first, Western had the cheapest service fee and they were able to come out that same day! When I Spoke with Maria over the phone, she was passionate and kind. She reassured me that they were here for us and would take care of us. She promised that they don’t try and sell anything you don’t actually need. She set up for a service man to come out that day as a matter of fact it was only like an hour and a half and Dusty called and said he was on his way and Maria had explained everything to him. He was very professional and extremely nice!! He came in and got right to work and was very considerate to our needs and our prehistoric furnace was dead and was releasing carbon monoxide into the house. He shut off the gas and called his sales manager Kevin. Dusty assured us that Kevin would give us the cheapest pricing and credit back our service fees since we had to get a new furnace. He also told us that they have some payment plans as well for the furnace, due to my wife and I being on disability and having a fixed income and health issues. Kevin came out the very next morning and just like Dusty said, Kevin was awesome and friendly! He totally hooked us up with a new furnace and great price. He was extremely knowledgeable about the product and pricing and what would be the best for our house and situation. He set everything up and had David come install the new furnace and take the prehistoric one out. David laid out blankets to cover and protect our floors. He did an amazing job of caring for our house and installing. He put in a new Thermostat and carbon monoxide detectors! He was very patient with us as my wife and I aren’t very tech savvy and struggle with all this new age stuff. He showed me how to change the filters, and he showed me how to work the thermostat and checked to make sure we had everything we needed and understood how it all worked and told us to call if we have any questions and they can come back and show us what we need to do or answer questions over the phone. He also gave us another recommendation for cheaper filters and when to replace them. I can’t believe how professional, and commission they were to our needs. They treated us like family and made a horrible stressful situation so easy and stress free!!! Can’t thank all 4 of them enough for being there for us and helping us fix our furnace so we could have heat this winter and many to come! From the kind, compassionate, and reassuring voice on the end of the call all the way to the end with David’s patience and making sure we know how to work this new one! The best experience ever and I will recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs heating or air conditioning service or replacement! Thank you Maria, Dusty, Kevin, and David!!! I always refer my friends and family to Kevin Abbott at Western because he's done such a great job for them over the years. Tonight I had an issue with my AC. Kevin came over and took a look and found the simple fix. Had it up and running in no time. I know some other companies might take a moment like this to upsell to a new unit, even though it wasn't necessary. Kevin and Western have earned my loyalty. The time will come when I need a new AC unit and I already know who I'll call because I know who I trust.

We have had such great service from Western Heating and Air, Our AC unit went out And they sent a service man and he got ahold of there sales representative Kevin Abbott, he came out that evening and gave us our options, and was able to get us our new unit in time for my family coming from out of town, this is a very busy time for them and Kevin made it happen, the cost was reasonable and Kevin was very professional, friendly! Western HVAC was highly recommended to us as I was in the market for new air conditioning units. Kevin came out to discuss with us what are needs were and then came up with a couple of options for us. I had lots of questions along the way and he always was kind and courteous. Today the team of Jarod, Travis and Jeremy came out to install. First we had them seal up the ducts and then install the two ac units. They were very professional and did a great job with the install and in answering our questions. They left everything clean and tidy! I would highly recommend this company. They represent what all businesses should strive to be. Next I am signing up for their Blue Ribbon Maintenance Program. I know they will take care of us!

We had Western Heating & Air install a new furnace and water heater today. We were extremely pleased with the service we received. Both Dakota and Mike B were very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to thoroughly explain our new system, as well as answering any questions we had. Excellent all-around service and communication! I chose Western to replace my failing AC and furnace system. The sales consultation was straight forward and thorough. Kevin walked us through all the ratings, specifications, and options of the different units and didn’t force us into the most expensive option. The installation team was great! They explained everything they were going to do and the modifications they made to the existing setup to help the efficiency of the system. Kevin stopped by after/during the installation to make sure everything was going as planned. I missed the county inspector but Western gave me a call the next day to help me reschedule the inspection for a later date!
