Wally Falke's is our go-to service provider for our central heat and air system. They installed it a decade ago and service it now. In this case, our heat went out and they were swamped, yet Jose came the same day and repaired our problem. Jose was professional, efficient and very nice to us. Yes, he did try to sell us a service contract - in very low pressure, informational terms - at the end of his visit ... and we did something we usually don't do ... we agreed. He made that solid and professional of an argument. Our system is working and Falke's saved us once again. Thanks to Jose and to the office staff for making it happen.

Wally Falke's representative new what the problem was as soon as he inspected our system. We decided a third try couldn't make things any worse, so we went with it. How happy we are that we did; cooling & heating distributes to each room more efficiently making our home a lot more comfortable summer or winter... Gene Bond

I have been a Wally Falke customer for almost 40 years and they have always gotten many stars. However… Ten years ago I replaced my 25 year-old heating and air conditioning unit with a new oversize one from Wally Falke. The old unit still worked but I was facing a time with limited fixed income and didn’t want expensive surprises. For the last ten years I have had twice a year service by W.F. Imagine my surprise when recently I was told the fan motor needed to be replaced at a cost of $1500 or $800. Did I mention fixed income? I was told that units start breaking down at ten years and this was not unusual. Has anyone had this experience? Did you have a major repair on a unit of ten years or so? Is this something I should have expected? Of course I had to agree to the repair or freeze. In talking with people I was asked if I had gotten a second opinion—no-- or if I was shown the broken part--no. That might have been a good idea, but this is a company that has always had my complete trust. Was it misplaced? I was told I could make payments and I was told by two employees including the grandson of the owner, that I could have no interest charged (see good customer and fixed income above). I was charged $21 interest on my first payment.

Had my semi-annual service performed this past week by Patrick N. He was very thorough, courteous, and efficient.He made sure to answer any questions I had and was very knowledgeable. I have had Wally Falke's folks maintain my HVAC equipment for several years and have been very pleased with their on-site service as well as their customer service. They installed a new system for me in 2015 and I have had zero problems with the equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC systems/service.
