Bob C has serviced our heating/AC system for 3 plus years and has arrived promptly each and every time we have scheduled his services. He is professional in everything he does. He explains everything he does and provides options as to service when that is appropriate. I look forward to seeing Bob on our twice a year visits and hope Voss Inc. see the wisdom in continuing to send Bob to service our home.
