I had my roof replaced with new shingles while I was on vacation. Zach kept in touch with me verbally and sending pictures of each step for the replacement. I cannot say enough about them the quality of service is amazing and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Tim C (Sr. Estimator) and everyone in the company, when we put on a new roof and skylights. Given that positive experience, we contacted them again for windows and Everlast siding. Once again, Tim C and Chris S (Project Manager), saw to every detail we requested, and more. The entire team was very accommodating, professional and prompt throughout the process. (Not sure of all the guys names, but special thanks to Marcus, who worked hard to make everything look good). End of project, everything was cleaned up. Hard to imagine considering the large dumpster of materials pulled off the house. In our final walk around, I discussed more work I would like done, if they could do it. Turns out, they can and they will. I would recommend United Home Experts to everyone. Awesome company, showed up everyday ready to work. They are the definition of professionalism. Initial timeline estimate was a bit off, quoted 3 days, it took 8 but they worked all 8 days. They diagnosed the problem of a leaking roof over a deck due to cheap installation of a rolled roof vs rubber roof. Removed decking, installed a rubber roof over existing rolled roof, reassembled the decking and power washed

We hired United Home Experts for a recent chimney flashing and gutter repair job and were very satisfied with everything. This was the third time we’ve used them for a home improvement project. Both the original estimate and repairs were done by Technician Doug. The estimate was done with no unwanted sales pressure and the job itself went very well. This is the third job we’ve had done by United and we’ve always been satisfied. On our recent job (repairs to chimney flashing and a gutter issue), Technician Doug was great to work with from estimate through job completion. He was very thorough, professional, personable, came when he promised to show up, and he fully explained everything. No complaints from me and that’s unfortunately all too rare with home improvement companies these days.

We recently replaced all the windows in our house - a substantial project. Estimates were received from 3 different vendors. Important to us was the discussion on a couple of windows the might be more challenging to replace. Therefore price was an issue but not the only factor. Window quality was also a major concern as installation procedure. United Home Experts came in with a competitive price and had no issues with replacing all the windows without any major issues. Previous work on a roofing project had also gone well - and based on that project we knew we could always contact them quickly in case of problems. The windows were replaced several weeks and the total project was completed in 3 days! The installation went smooth and quickly. The more difficult windows were also replaced without any problems. All the windows have a nice tight fit - especially with the new trim both inside - where needed - and outside. The site was cleaned and vacuumed after the job was finished. We went with United Home Experts because of product quality, workmanship, and support. I strongly believe that's what we got. RvdM

Had researched roofing and siding for over a year before choosing United Home Experts and had a clear vision of what I wanted. From Paul in sales to Eric in project management, they listened to my needs, were very accommodating and took care of all the logistics. As with any project, we had a couple of changes and ran into several issues, but United’s crew was responsive and worked quickly to resolve them. The roofing and siding crews, Rafael, Gilson, Bruno, Gregory did an amazing job - were courteous, meticulous and true craftsmen. They showed up every day weather permitting, worked extremely hard, paid attention to the small design details and cleaned up at end of day as best they could. While the work is in progress expect that it is messy with equipment, nails and debris everywhere - this is real construction and not TV. My neighbors were impressed with the craftsmanship and some have already used United’s services after giving them my recommendations. I’m super pleased - the house looks beautiful with virtually maintenance free materials and warranties providing years of enjoyment and peace of mind.
