Jeff is the real deal. Was very polite and spoke with my wife and I for 3 hours. We felt very comfortable purchasing a water softener through him and Sweetwater. Top notch customer service. He had a book of price comparisons he created on his own for us to look at if we wanted. We trusted him and he still showed us some comparisons anyways. It’s hard to find people who are really good as what they do these days, Jeff is one of the great ones.

My husband and I recently purchased our Rainsoft system from Sweetwater. Jeff Bononcini came out and gave us a presentation, tested our water. He was very professional and knowledgeable and not pushy at all. We knew after buying our house we were going to get a system, but he still wanted to make sure we were educated in the system. We’ve had our Sydney for a couple weeks now and absolutely love it. We love the system, the company and Jeff was great. I’ll be telling all of my friends.

I highly recommend Sweetwater for their services. We got a water softener and carbon filtration system installed through them. The company is very professional, and they take care of their customers. Such an ease of mind. Jeff Bononcini helped us through out the process. He is extremely helpful and very responsive. He did a water test at our house and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He is very patient and super friendly. He is not just selling the product and be done with it. He called me several times to follow up and he answered all of my question promptly anytime I bugged him. I definitely enjoyed working with the Sweetwater Home Services and Jeff Bononcini. Very insightful and knowledgeable group of people. Incredibly professional. They follow up, ensure quality experience is had. I was very wary of getting another soft water solution to replace the one I had but the difference between what I had and what RainSoft provided is night and day. Only had my water tested today, but this interaction left nothing but a positive impression. This is clearly a company that cares about quality and has brought employees on board to be genuinely passionate and knowledgeable of their job. Jeff Bononcini did an excellent job at meticulously demonstrating and breaking down the science of what is taking place in the water of my community and the significance of those findings. I had a water test done at our home by Jeff. He was proffesional and presented all the facts in an engaging manner. The company scheduled an appointment late in the afternoon and worked with our schedule. The water system is something we are looking at getting in the next 12 months. We did not feel pressured or pushed to buy a system which is nice. It wasnt a sales pitch more of an informative presentation.
