Aaron was quick, not sloppy nor missing any details. It was a great estimate with competitive pricing.

In October 2018 we asked Seatown Electric to give us an estimate for fixing two outlets in our rental home. They came back with a $20,000 estimate to rewire the upstairs and the basement. Another company estimated the job for $2000. I regret doing work with this company for the following reasons: the tech told our renters that the wiring was not safe. He should have given that information only to me or our property manager the tech took it upon himself to expand the scope of the work from fixing 2 outlets to recommending a $20,000 job he did not know that his own company had done work at this house in 2017 Now I wonder, if the estimate was presented in order to expand the work and increase the cost of the job. Of course, the ‘new’ might be better, yet not necessary. I would not buy a new car to fix a headlight. For more details : The technician did not realize that his company had worked on this house last year, for various lights and other items … for more than $5000. We had been assured that the work done in 2017, and the house, were safe. Given that this an older house, there were other suggestions made for future work that we could do. While at the house in October 2018, the technician spoke to our renters about his findings. We then received word from our renters that they had been told that some of the wiring in the house was not safe. They were upset and worried. I was furious. We called and spoke to the technician, informing him that his company, just the previous year, had done the work in the upstairs. He reviewed his estimate and revised it to $10,000 for the work in the basement. He did not give us the reason why his estimate changed only after learning that his company had done the work in the upstairs. Next, we spoke with the technician who had done the work in 2017. He returned an amended estimate for $3000, assuring us that the work would be done properly and their work would be safe.

The office staff was friendly and helpful. Brandon and Steve the electricians were fast and efficient. They were very careful and did their job with expertise and cleaned up when they finished the job. Excellent choice for electrical work.

I was very pleased with this company. The employees were very personable and professional. They were on time, did what they said they would at the price they quoted me and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again.

van and Tyler were both great. Arrived on time, ended earlier than estimated time. Very professional as well. Covered all the stuff in the living room including the floor and still cleaned up afterwards.

I had a great experience with Thomas and Tyler. They installed a 60 amp breaker and a Tesla wall connector home charger that I provided. We had to run the wire & conduit out of the breaker closet in my garage and along the ceiling. We brainstormed the best way to do it to minimize disruption to the garage, and left things in perfect shape. I recommend these guys' work unconditionally.

David was great to work with. He got the job done and he was communicative and respectful throughout. He updated all the issue and made the corrections at no charge. I will use Sea Town Elec again and will recommend the company to my friends, neighbors.

Seatown Electric arrived on time and wore booties to protect my carpet. They completed the light switch quickly, tested it to ensure the fireplace would light, and were very professional. THANK YOU!!!

After getting a few bids from the top rated companies on Angie’s List I decided to go with Seatown, the top rated company. I can see why they are in the top position now. Everyone I met or talked to on the phone were very friendly. Aaron, the person who gave me the quote made me feel confident in the ability and work ethic of their employees. That was the reason I hired them. I have nothing but good things to say about their employees who worked on this job. Thomas, the crew leader, answered all the questions I had about the project. He was very helpful and made sure that I got all the things I wanted changed. Working with him was Tyler and Bradley. They were both awesome too but I have to give a special shout out to Tyler. The opening to my attic is only 13” x 18” and he bravely went up there like a Vietnam Nam tunnel rat to do what they needed to. I had central air put in as well and the HVAC team of David and Nick , Sean and Tyler were all hard workers and very nice. I’d also like to thank Kylie and Michaela, the front office people who were very friendly and helpful. I would hire this company again in a heartbeat.

The four employees, (including the receptionist-can’t remember her name!)I encountered at this company were all top notch! Aaron, Taylor and Anthony could not have been more attentive, caring, knowledgeable and professional. They listened and worked hard to make sure I was satisfied with the work I needed done. I felt safe and sure they were doing excellent work, and of course the inspection passed with flying colors. Out of the four companies I reached out to, they responded quickly and followed through with excellence to the end. I’m very thankful I found them, and wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again for electrical needs in the future.

Just love when people are so good at their job and not giving you the canned response. We needed someone ASAP, as our house is currently under construction and would be finished by the time they had a tech available. But Lisa checked and found a gap in the schedule and sent Bryan out - who is absolutely fantastic, very smart and helped get to the root of the problem and provided a simple solution. LOVE you guys, thank you so much!
