Recently we needed the installation of a new A/C & Heating System at our residence. Our old system was over 10 years old and limping badly. Since we had been using Reid's service for the past 12 years we asked Reids to install a new system for us, pretty much a no-brainer. The installation went without a hitch. Best of all the installed equipment worked exactly as advertised. We've come to expect the best from Reids and we've never been disappointed.

I've been using Reid's AC & Heat since 2013 and yesterday's technician visit to resolve my problem resulted in outstanding service and successful outcome. My furnace was not heating correctly and the temp in my house dropped to the 60s—way too cold for us! I tried changing many settings on the thermostat but the temp would not hold steady. It would go up and then drop down to an unbearable number. I called Reid's and James M. was dispatched. James was extremely conscientious and diligent, and worked very hard at troubleshooting the problem. He spent considerable time in my attic investigating the problem and then explained another technician, Jerad, would be coming over to assist in troubleshooting. It took several hours to find the problem, which proved to be a type of false positive reading on the inside of a pressure switch, and these men did not give up until my problem was resolved. As soon as the part was replaced, the furnace immediately began working correctly and the house was heated quickly. I greatly appreciate all the time and attention to detail James and Jerad took to remedy the issue. In addition, Kelly, the office manager, was kind, courteous, and highly efficient, communicating the schedule and answering all my questions with a positive and caring attitude. I highly recommend Reid's AC & Heat and am certain you will be very satisfied with your outcome as I was.

Work was done without a hitch. The workers covered the floors for protection. Nothing was dropped or damaged and the installation went very smoothly. The installation took the amount of time detailed during the quote. We've been a satisfied customer of Reids for about 12 years, both for maintenance and new installations. I have been a customer of Reid's AC & Heat for several years now. I recently replaced my entire HVAC system. They were honest and thorough about my needs. The go above and beyond others when doing the work showing that they truly care about the customer. The entire job was done in one day, and I am looking forward to the savings on a newer more efficient system in my house. They even fixed our air flow problem in the bedroom making it much cooler now.

Chris did a great job checking our heater. He was quick and efficient. He came early to the appointment after making a call verifying we were at home. He clearly explained a possible future concern about the blower motor, but said it was not an immediate issue. We would highly recommend Reids AC and Heating to our neighbors and friends. They were also able to come to our home on the day I called.
