I called Rebmann after my boiler pilot light went out in 30 degree temps and my usual vendor couldn't send anyone until morning. I spoke to Dave M who arrived within the time frame he quoted on the phone. He quickly changed a part and had the boiler firing in no time. He explained the issue and resolution and gave me a few other tips maintain my steam heat system. Dave was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and I would certainly recommend him. Robert was excellent, extremely well assisted by Hugh. Robert was knowledgeable, helpful, organized, pleasant, and very neat. Both he and Hugh answered all my questions , and I felt very comfortable with them in the house (especially as I work at home). Called Rebmann for a simple problem (electronic air cleaner), a moderate problem (thermostat) and a long standing problem (A/C) Joe was here for an hour and change. Patient and knowledgeable he handled each problem quickly and deliberately. Air cleaner is working properly; thermostat I wanted was not what I should have and he showed me where I could relocate thermostat for optimum performance. A/C problem not so easy. Rebmann Plumbing always does an excellent job. Solves and fixes the issues in a timely fashion. Pablo is a great worker. He knows my house and always comes with a solution. He comes on time and never a mess after. I know when Pablo and Rebmann are on the job it will be fixed correctly. Been using them for years and will continue to.
