Great Service, Great Product! We love our Rainsoft system more every day! Never knew what clean water really tasted like as our water is terrible! Our skin feels softer, our clothes are cleaner than ever and our drains work better than ever.

After sending out a small free water test kit from the local big box hardware store, I received a call from a phone rep who explained to me the basic water results and then asked if I was willing to schedule a time to meet with a representative in person. As I was already interested in a water system, I agreed. The caller noted that me and my wife both needed to be there at the time of the meeting, which I confirmed. The in-home representative called to confirm the meeting, as well as confirm his arrival time and that me and my wife would both be present. The representative did call periodically to update his arrival time to say that he was running late and if I was still okay to meet, which was appreciated. The representative arrived with a small black suit case in which he was able to do more water testing on site as well as demonstrate the filtration product results. The representative was very casual and easy going which made it a much more relaxed and pleasant experience and not so much a 'dog and pony' show. The meeting took about twice as long as was stated but the representative took the time to answer all our questions and work with us about all the options for payment and financing. After agreeing to purchase, the installation was planed for the next day! I was happy at the swift turn around! The two installers arrived early the next morning, on time, and were completely respectful of our home. They were willing to answer any questions I had and were pleasant even as I watched some of the installation. After the installation was completed, which took less time than I thought it would, they walked me and my wife through and explained each part of the system. It was a easy explanation and again they were more than willing to address all the questions both my wife and I had. It was an excellent experience and I was glad to partner with them in getting a product that I believe is well designed and suited for our home.

Harry was great to deal with. He walked us through the process and made everything easy. Mike was quick and efficient with the install. He explained everything before he left making sure there were no questions. Everything has been great and as they said it would be. No complaints.

Oh yeah! 3/16/2018 SubmitSubmitSubmitSubmitSubmitGuest A few months ago, I began getting calls from Carol, a representative at Rainsoft / Aqua Solutions. She provided a simple reminder that it was time for service (I’d actually forgotten). She was polite and cordial, though I wasn’t able to speak with her very long due to the nature of my business. She set up a time to call back that was more convienent for me. She met those times and dates and was very open to my questions as to what the service would entail and the approximate low and high costs for my budget. My service appointment was yesterday (3/15/18) between 12pm and 3pm with a one hour service time. *My business is predicated upon four things: knowledge, fair pricing, punctuality and quality of service*. The assigned service technician was Alvin Ward. He called to confirm his arrival time approximately 30 minutes ahead of his scheduled arrival time and his arrival was punctual. He was neatly dressed in uniform, with a tone that was both courteous and professional. He stated exactly what service he was here to perform which coincided with what I’d discussed with Carol from Aqua Solution who scheduled the appointment. Alvin was clear and concise in the description of what he was doing while he went meticulously through my system, pre-testing the water, item by item checking, inspecting and replacing the filters, membrane, seals, valves, junctions and other associated connections, as well as post service testing and pressurizing of the system. He cordially explained what he was doing and why it was important. This is reminiscent of what my clients expect of me, so, his attention to detail, depth of knowledge and professionalism is greatly appreciated. Alvin said something that is a hallmark of a cunsummate professional, (Alvin, I hope that I quote you correctly here,) “I wouldn’t want any less service in my own home”. Kudos to you young man... This morning, Carol called to inquire about the quality of service, punctuality and if I was kind enough to provide a review. Carol, of course I will... To the upper training management support team at Rainsoft / Aqua Solutions: I sincerely hope that your team consists of personnel of the caliber of Alvin Ward. If not, please consider him as a role model, and potential leader in your establishment. Don’t sleep on excellent personnel and their potential. She was polite and cordial and though I wasn’t able to speak with her very long due to the nature of my business and set up a time to call back that was Moe convienent for me. She met those times and dates and was very open to my questions as to what the service would entail and the approximate low and high costs for my budget. We've had a Rainsoft soft water machine for years now. It seems to be pretty much self-sustaining but recently we had what turned out to be a clog in the salt tank feed line. Mike was dispatched and sized up and corrected the problem quickly. Though it may not have been necessary he also put in a new pipe and tuned up the machine and reset the settings. He was polite, polished and professional. My wife and I were quite happy with his service. And Carol was most helpful when we called with questions. The company really does an excellent job

Mike has always been able to assess and fix anything on our aging unit. Yesterday he installed a complete new system...his work was excellent (you can always tell by the soldered joints...a minimum of solder was used and no dripping). We loved the system and the company.

Frank is a very knowledgeable guy about the water and system that he sells. He is very excited about the products he sells, and believes in the product and definitely. If more people were as nice, courteous and kind as Frank, then there will be a lot more salesman. Mike is a very good installer. Before he came he gave us an estimate of when he will be here. He stayed way past normal working hours to finish the job. Anything that I did not like he fixed it immediately or gave other options on how it should be done. Overall I was very pleased with the service and install.
