Recently I contacted Pure Water to exchange filters on our old Pura Whole House System that still works although this model no longer in production. I tried two other companies who stated they were not familiar with our system or did not have techs available who could help. Finally I called Pure Water, after discussion about our particular needs, an appointment was scheduled with technician Nick. Nick had not seen our model but reviewed instructions, replaced cartridges and tightened connections to correct leak. He was not intimidated because he was not familiar with our particular model and even stayed over time to explain how the system works. Leak was repaired, system works fine and water tastes great. I cannot say enough in appreciation for Nick and Pure Water for their dedication to customer service.

Jim was here a very long time and I got charged an additional hour of labor because of it. He also told me that Peter's Drilling overcharged for their services and hired unintelligent people. Then he proceeded to inform me that I needed to replace a lot of equipment. I asked for a quote. I was not contacted by the office with that quote. When I called for the quote, I was asked to call Austin. He gave me ballpark numbers over the phone and again I insisted that I need the quotes in writing. He told me to Google a piece of equipment that he claims needs to be replaced. At that point I was terribly frustrated and told him I do not know how to spell the word. He accused me of being "mean" and said he would be mean too. I hung up. Some service.

Recently I contacted Pure Water to exchange filters on our old Pura Whole House System that still works although this model no longer in production. I tried two other companies who stated they were not familiar with our system or did not have techs available who could help. The PureWater crew is very easy to work with, and always polite, clear, and helpful. Kristina made adjustments to accommodate my schedule, while Jim and Steve arrived on time and worked steadily at installing the system, both the principal filtration one for the whole house and the reverse osmosis one under the kitchen sink. I couldn't be happier with the service, the responsiveness, and the end result.

Original service call was before Christmas, a few days later we realized we had a leak under the sink from the filter, called and you were closed for the holiday and obviously nobody checks for messages. On your we were called but we were not able to get service until Wednesday 1/11/2017. I am VERY DISAPOINTED in your reaction to a problem that your service tech left us with, we had to shut off the cold water to our kitchen sink and it was off for more than 2 weeks. I do not want Matt ever to return to my house for service on my system. Over the years we have has your system Jim has spoiled us with his excellent service and Matt is nowhere near to Jim.

We recently bought our home and had very little knowledge on the water softner and the RO system that was installed. I found the business card associated with the system and called. Kristina who was very professional and knowledgeable about the system from the previous owners. She fit us in right away and set us an appointment with Matt. He also was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the work he performed as he went along and informed us on how to manage the system between yearly checkups. We found both people from this company extremely customer oriented. We were very satisfied with all aspects of this company and will continue to do business with them.

Kristina was friendly called ahead to let me know Jim was on his way. Jim showed up on time at 830 am as promised. He worked systematically and efficiently to find to source of the obstruction in my filter system. I had a million questions and he answered them all while continuing to work. When he left, my water pressure was back to normal and the water in my home was clear again.

I signed up for a water test through Home Depot. The sales person, Elliot, was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We decided to purchase a Rain Soft package which included Clean Start, water softener and a RO system. We had a slight mix up with the style and type of faucet for the RO system, which delayed the install. We also experienced a delay in taking away the old equipment. Having said all that, the customer service from the office was / is outstanding. The install done by Jim, could not have been better. Jim takes pride in his work and installs just the way he would in his own home. The system is working great, including the Clean Start for the washing machine. My wife really likes not having to use detergent and washing everything in cold water. Joe D Auburn, CA
