n June, my 2004 central AC system failed. Joe came quickly and explained that coolant for that system would be extremely expensive and the coolant would be unavailable in a couple of years. We decided to install a new system. My problem was that, as a retiree on a fixed income, I did not feel capable of paying for a new system immediately. Joe worked out a payment plan that took care of that barrier. We also replaced my 17 year old water heater about the same time, again with the enabling that Joe worked out for financing. Besides great service, Joe is a very friendly guy and easy to deal with.

I had a boiler replacement done. I live on a hill, where it is difficult to carry materials up and down. The team that brought the new boiler up and took the old one down did an excellent job. The plumbers and electrician did great jobs as well-- they took the time to explain everything to me. I worked with Joe Germain throughout the process. Joe was great from beginning to end. He explained what the team would do and the process went exactly as he said it would. Everything went smoothly thanks to Joe. I don't intend to do another boiler replacement anytime soon, but I would use Pioneer again if I did. Thanks for the excellent job.

I was extremely pleased and satisfied with the work done by the Pioneer team of project manager Joe G. and service technicians Chris, Chris, and Wayne. They installed a new oil fired boiler in one day as promised and at a very reasonable price that included removal and disposal of the old boiler. The service technicians were very knowledgeable, worked very efficiently together with little disruption to the functioning of my house, and they cleaned the work space completely at the conclusion of their work. I believe you would find it difficult to find a company that could do as good a job as Pioneer did for me.

I had a new furnace and water tank installed by Pioneer Oil and Propane. They were punctual, explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions.The installation took all day and they removed all the old appliances and cleaned up very nicely. Any furniture that had to be removed to bring the equipment in and out was put back very neatly. Joe G. came in the morning when the crew arrived and also came back when the job was done. My experience with Joe G. and Pioneer Oil for the installation was excellent and I highly recommend them.

I have been with Pioneer many years and their gets better each time. Last week service technician Chris C. did the annual Oil Burner checkup and left the area spotless, and the Burner ready for fall. Pioneer also installed a full home AC System( many years ago) and maintain it in top running condition. If I need service it is addressed very quickly. Every Technician who has been here has provided first class service. I never have to worry if some thing breaks as they repair it with professional honest work..

The technician was very good and thorough. The office help was disorganized and confusing. They rescheduled my appointment twice and when I called to reschedule they denied calling me. Then an hour before the rescheduled appointment they call to reschedule again. This makes me concerned.

I'm a contractor and I shopped around, Pioneer came in at a lower price and I have to say the best install. After checking reviews I know for a fact I would not have received the service from any other propane company. Everything Gil did from his install to the material and to company dedication (working in rain Friday at 4:00 holiday weekend), everything was the quality I wanted but wasn't expecting. So if your searching for a propane or oil provider I defiantly recommend Pioneer oil.

I'm sorry to say that your technician was far from what Marr Oul technicians were all about. I was not only disappointed he left a mess in my house soot all over my floor, my things were thrown off to the side in the furnace area never put things back Marr Oul has been superior maybe take example! needless to say unimpressed you might want to think about training your people before you send them to someone's house. On top of that it is so obvious you are out for a buck they recommended my 1965 furnace saying it needs to be replaced immediately when I have serviced it every year and is running just fine. Wish Marr Oul taught u folks a few lessons about costumer service. Sorry to be so negative but I'm honest.
