We replaced the 35 year old furnace and air conditioner with National Refrigeration. There was a crew of 5 men that arrived on time the day of installation. The work was done in December and I had heat by the afternoon. The men were very professional and worked well together. There was a issue after the installation that required additional remediation that was also handled professional. *****, the service manager along with *******, the technician came to the house and together solved the problem. I recently purchased a home and noticed that there was water leaking from my bathroom fan. I was able to get someone to come out and check out the issue within 48 hours. Jarrod P came out and was very professional, thorough, and honestly quick. He was able to determine it was condensation caused by the extreme cold we have been having recently. He took photos to show me what the situation looked like in the attic and let me know he rearranged some insulation already there so it better surrounds the fan area. He also gave me a recommendation for ac service come the spring as well. I’d highly recommend this company

I wasn't contacted so I called to check on my appointment. It seemed my appointment wasn't recorded and the next available appointment was in November. The receptionist worked to make things right and got me an appointment asap. The tech, ******, could not have been nicer. Was on time, very efficient and professional. It took him 15 minutes to diagnose and fix my problem which was important as this problem was going to affect my heating system as well. Thank you.

He said it was a part that had to be ordered. It was ordered and promptly installed when it arrived.I was so impressed that i took out a service contract with this organization. It is well run and responsive to a customer needs. The tech was neat, polite on time and really knew what he was doing. *************************** in my book is a keeper.In fact, my neighbor was looking for someone to service her system and I gave her the number for this company.

I know Brian personally as a stand-up guy so I trusted his opinion when I moved to RI a few years ago, I recently bought a larger house in MA that needed central air on the 2nd floor. Everyone was saying "mini-split, mini-split", which didn't seem appropriate for this application. Brian immediately recommended the correct solution. Bob and Ryan installed my Navien Tankless water system. They showed up when scheduled were true professionals throughout the entire project. I would use this company any time. Jarod and crew came two days later to install my Carrier AC unit and Carrier furnace. The experience I had with Bob and Ryan was repeated. Brian the service manger should be proud of his team. While there were some delays getting my equipment in from Carrier Brian was sure to expedite the installation process for us and his team more than made up for the delays.

When I decided to go with them for my new install they showed up on time and got right to it . The crew that came to my home were super professional & answered any questions I had, they were very neat with there work & cleaned up after everything was completed. I do not write review often. But This organization is top notch! I needed a gas furnace and AC replacement and did a fair amount of research on different systems and cost. I went to two other companies to get estimates before going to National. I prefer talking to people face to face and went to their location in Warwick, RI. My initial meeting was with a service supervisor, Brian K. Great first impression, Brian was courteous, professional and informative. He encouraged me to describe what my desires were in a new system and walked me through several pros and cons of the options available. He was definitely not trying to sell me on the highest end models and was more concerned about me being informed on potential decisions. Several days later Brian came out to the house to perform the estimate. Again, he was very informative as we discussed different options and expectations and got me a proposal within a day. National’s quote came in lower than the others and when dealing with their support department Doreen was professional, a pleasure to deal with. Solid customer service you wish you got from every company. On the day of installation Brian, Sean D. and Rito S. performed the work. I mean they worked… I am a details person and these guys paid attention to the details. The epitome of professional and quality. Hey National Refrigeration, give these guys a raise. Semper Fi, Joe

I was referred to Natioal Refrigeration by the customer service division of Carrier Corp. (United Tech) & Distributor Corp. of N.E. to address issues concerning recently installed Carrier equipment by another vendor. My initial call to National Refrig. Was answered by a very pleasant, patient, empathetic, reassuring & professioal lady who told me I would receive a call back from Brian Kelly. Brian called back as promised; listened to my concerns & set up an appt for the next day. He called ahead, arrived on time (8/24/16) & promptly put on shoe covers. He reviewed the situation, listened to my concerns, did an assessment of the installation & made recommendations to improve the performance, efficiency & longevity of my HVAC systems. Through it all he was very professional & extremely knowledgeable. In a word, the entire experience was "outstanding" & in this day & age, refreshing as well.

Our second story Carrier A/C system had a refrigerant leak. The company that installed it four years earlier went out of business. National Refrigeration's service technician fixed the problem and had our A/C up an running within 2 hours. He was efficient, kept the premises clean, and explained all of the work required before hand. He explained that there could be more than one leak, but to trouble shoot it would require much more work at a greater expense, but perhaps not necessary. So we left it at the one repair and are taking a wait and see approach.
