Mack Morris installed the original heat pump in 2000 in my old house and replaced when it aged out at fifteen. They have provided excellent service over the years. When I built my current house, the builder insisted on providing the two required heat pumps, but I asked Mack Morris for a maintenance contract and they readily agreed. On 01/21/20. they installed 2 Solaris Air Purifiers. The installation took under an hour and the technician did an excellent job. I wouldn’t consider any other company to service my HVAC systems.

Toby the Service Tech did a wonderful job of explaining the questions I had about certain issues. He in turn explain what he did when he serviced the units that was scheduled for our 6 mo. maintenance inspection.

I have used Mack Morris for years now. First to service an older a/c unit, then to install a brand new system when the time came, and finally to service that new unit, which they have done for 9 years now regularly. I have found their service to always be reliable, timely, professional, and thorough. Mack himself worked with me extensively to help get state and federal tax credits while they were briefly available years ago. I could not recommend this company more.

All involved were very courteous and polite and the service techs were very knowledgeable about servicing the equipment. They did a great job as usual, I will be calling them again in the future.

I have no issues with the technicians, but I am VERY disappointed with the management on my recent problems. I am on the company's service plan and still have to pay for labor even though the part is covered under a factory warranty. No one from the management team called to explain and I've been with them for 2-3 years. Day 9 with no heat and waiting on a part. Just disappointed.

Tom arrived on time and was courteous and efficient. He serviced our two units and found that the drain line for the upstairs unit was clogged. He explained that one of the outdoor units was sitting on the concrete pad and should have risers installed, which he did. He did a good job and was pleasant to work with.
