I have no grievance with our salesman Willie. He was very helpful when we had our house repiped and a whole house filtration system installed 4 years ago. What I do have an issue with is the fact that now that our filter is leaking, it needs to be replaced. And guess what? It was only warrantied for 3 years! On top of that, the entire system cost $1000.00 4 years ago. To replace the tank today the cost is $3,000.00!!! I think you get my point by now!

Papal was a very nice and sincere and likeable young man. To him I'd give 5 stars. I liked him and felt confident in his knowledge and assessment. However after getting a few more quote for the exact same service with the exact same brand I will not be doing business with John Moore. There were a full 5000 dollars over other quotes for the exact same service and brands and they offered a 1 year less service warranty. So thumbs up for the tech but thumbs down for the company. Sometimes good people just find themselves working for greedy companies.

Diego came to diagnose an air conditioning problem. He determined that the problem was a corroded evaporator coil. I asked him whether he had checked the blower as I felt that the blower wasn't moving the air through the house, and because of the fact the Lennox unit was flashing an error code (A750), which I believe has to do with the lack of air volume being moved by the blower. I had to press him to check this as he claims that this isn't part of the AC problem. I don't know why he wouldn't check the whole system. He kept referring to this as the furnace. I am not a technician but the blower in the attic works to move both hot and cold air throughout the house, depending on whether the AC or the heat is running. So clearly it's part of the AC system. He then left. Furthermore, we had a John Moore technician out in May to do a spring tune up. Clearly this technician didn't do a great inspection if less than 2 months later it's pointed out that the evaporator coil needs to be replaced. Over all terrible experience and I will not be using John Moore again.

I really do appreciate the policy they have of coming out and diagnosing the problem you have, with no service fee. I thought the quote to fix my problem was a bit expensive. This is my second time having a John Moore technician to check out the problem with my A/C unit. They fixed it my problem last year, but this year it was to expensive. Thank you John Moore!!

Our AC started blowing warm on a Sunday afternoon the weekend of the 4th of July. We had a tech from a different company come out to fix the problem that night. He left us with bad news and a bid for a $6K system replacement. We contacted John Moore shortly thereafter. They were out before noon the next day, evaluated the problem and fixed it in less than two hours.....$200. In the HVAC business I think a lot of it comes down to who you can trust. Our Tech was Nick and he did a great job from start to finish.

Every phone call I encountered and every service technician l encountered was professional and knowledgeable. The problem with my a/c was fixed and their price was cheaper than another company by a thousand dollars!!! I’m so glad,I called! Oh, and another thing I was impressed with, they will send an email with a photo showing who will be arriving at your doorstep. I highly recommend them and if I have any issues in the future, they will be the one to call!!!!

I called up to fix our additional Nest thermostat on second floor. First floor was already done by the same guy a year ago. The house is same and the wiring are the same. Still he told to replace the wiring to which it would cost $949 for just hooking up the Nest Thermostat which same person did the work for $129 a year ago. The same day I called up someone else and the work was completed without any wiring change. I would say please pay attention to detail. The guy only looked at the thermostat and judged the whole wiring which is not good at all. You can't judge a book by the cover. I am glad I didn't opt for the expensive install and went with a small company who knows what to look for and how to do the job properly.

Kiel was wonderful. He checked out the thermostat on my heater which kept blinking even after I changed the batteries. He installed another one, much easier to use at my age and it's been perfect ever since. The whole issue took less than forty minutes to resolve.

We had an overflow tube that was constantly dripping. We thought it was from the heater so called John Moore as they had installed the water heater several years ago. Our technician, Kiel, called us and arrived before his scheduled time which pleased us. I showed his the drip and he informed me that it was not coming from the heater but from the AC unit. He went into the attic, diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. He used a chemical in the overflow tube system and explained that I should use the chemicals he left about twice a year. he did explain how caustic the chemical was to the skin and that I should always use gloves when handling it. His professionalism was only exceeded by his personality. It was actually a pleasure to pay John Moore. Should we ever need any more plumbing repairs we will definitely ask to be put on the waiting list for Kiel to come do the repairs. thank you John Moore for hiring such a pleasant and professional young man.
