Fred came out due to AC making a loud noise and not maintaining temperature. Taught me a lot of valuable information about the AC and filters in the process. Replaced a capacitor that was not performing correctly and have not had any issues since. The temp is very steady and AC is quiet! Very pleased as usual. Have been with Home Heating over 10 years and normal guy is Scott - amazing - and Fred was awesome as well! Thanks.

My sister has used this company or the past 20 yrs, so they highly recommended .Dana ****** was the gentleman that came for my appointment. As they say "always make a good 1st impression"...well Dana far exceeded that. I needed the thermostat replaced and then a part on the AC unit. Dana was thoroughly knowledgeable, professional, found the problems quickly, and had the job done in a short amount of time. Definitely would recommend this company and their staff. I have used Home Heating Services, Inc. for the three service calls on my HVAC systems in 11 years. They have always responded quickly and did the repairs in short order. This time Dana was the Senior Service Technician that carried out the repair. He quickly identified the problems and repaired everything. The charge was fair and reasonable. I usually like to have three bids on any job but with Home Heating Service, I don't bother. That's the highest accolade I can give.
