Our furnace started blowing cold air. After calling the company that installed our furnace and never receiving a call back we called Home Climates and got an immediate callback and within 45 mins their tech Isaac was at our house for an emergency call at 11:00 pm. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He knew exactly where to look and took him 2 mins to solve the problem. He explained the maintenance packages and we signed up right away. Called the next day and was greeted by a very nice customer service rep. Scheduled our heating, ac, and plumbing appointments. We are very pleased with the service we received and would highly recommend home climates to everyone we know.

After my initial review the Home Climates team has made it right. Kaitlyn who I spoke to on the phone cleared up the dispute and sent a service technician that was by me one of the best technicians that has worked on my unit this year. So all in all Home Climates team has Rectified the problem. Moving forward I would recommend Home Climates to anyone thanks for fixing the situation.

My AC died in the middle of a heatwave. My system was too old to put money into repairing it. Josh and his partner showed up a few minutes early for my install appt. They efficiently replaced the gas furnace and AC. They were polite, respectful and hardworking. They cleaned up after themselves. Josh explained everything to me, answered my questions and even helped set up the thermostat App on my phone. I also dealt with Isaac and Andy on my initial service call. I appreciate all 4 of them having kindness and professionalism. It helped make a very stressful week a little easier. I definitely recommend Home Climates.

Came home from vacation on a Sunday to have a AC unit that wouldn't turn over and an 84 degree house. Called for emergency service and Justin arrived to tell me it was a dead capacitor. Unfortunately they were out of stock so he put in a temporary to get through the night so they could get the proper part on Monday. Dominic showed up on Monday and updated the part for no extra charge. Thanks guys. I will be recommending to anyone with HVAC needs.

From the time they arrived to install a new furnace their service can be described as very responsive, informative, courteous, and professional. Pricing was very fair relative to the market.
