5 stars go to Adam. Great professional. I do have pause in paying $8-9000 for a HVAC system and then be charged $70 for a failing under warranty part that takes 2 mins to replace. I'm of the opinion if something is under warrenty that all cost associated with making the unit whole needs to be absorbed by manufacturer or manufacturer's representative. I already pay $175 plus a year for a person to come 2 times a year to charge even more to repair anything they my find. But then again, times have change haven't they.

Adam came today and installed 2 new light fixtures. The cost was quite reasonable. I usually change my own light fixtures but we had a super old fixture with a pull chain over our bathroom vanity. Adam said it would be about $300 to get in the attic and run a wire for a new switch. I asked if he could just make the new light a pull chain instead and he was willing. He did a great job and did not harm the new fixture in any way. I couldn't be happier!

Adam did an excellent job on my air conditioner and boiler. He called to remind me of my appointment and showed up on time. He was patient with me and explained what he had done and when he would be back again to recheck everything, I have been very pleased with the service of the entire company. more

Adam was on time, and fully equipped with professional knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AND HVAC. I didn’t have to call for three people! I signed up for maintenance annually on HVAC and know I’ll be in good care of smart, hard working, and honest people, which is very rare and valuable. Also, kind and sincerely helpful. My dog rarely takes right away to new people in the house and right away he knew Adam was a good person. Highly recommended.

Reported 2 lights not working,..required 3 trips and service call charges ($95*3=$285) to fix it. 1st one determined the lights didn't work--$95 service call--tenant said she told him she only had a brief time for the call and says he told her it would only take 1/2 hr. or so; 2nd one repaired line from switch to light--another $95 service call repairs--tenant reported light blew out right away and when she went to change it, it was very hot; had to call them back; 3rd one put in a new circuit for the light--another $95 service call repairs. No "sorry about dat and let's waive the service charges for 2nd and 3rd trip" or sorry for the inconvenience. Might consider double checking amps, etc. before leaving

We called Efficient Systems because of a previous good experience with them, and we were not disappointed! Adam came for an after-hours service call and got right to it working on our furnace. Though the news he had to give us about what was needed wasn't good, he explained our options and possible outcomes, and did not put any pressure on us to make a certain decision. He was professional and courteous. UPDATE: We did end up having to replace our furnace. This job was again done by Adam, and he did everything well and in a timely way.
