I'm from Pottsville, PA and have been in the HVAC industry for 6-7 years. When I'm not working, you can catch me watching a Flyers game or playing with my dog. A typical Sunday for me is spent doing yardwork and/or tending to my chickens and ducks.

The service technician arrived during the scheduled time, used protective covers on his shoes, and completed the work in a timely fashion. Zane, the technician, was polite and knowledgeable. He even changed our furnace filter since my husband has severe arthritis in his hands.

Zane was here to do the Spring Tune-up. He arrived as scheduled and spent a good 30-40 minutes checking out the HVAC System. He was dressed appropriately and was very courteous. He is a credit to your company.

Most recently, my AC suddenly stopped working & since I have a maintenance plan, a technician was sent out the same day, at no additional cost, to evaluate the problem. Zane had the parts on his service vehicle & he completed the repair in under an hour. As a bonus, the maintenance plan gave me a 10% discount on the repair service. The office staff is always friendly when I call & the technicians are always willing to answer any of my questions. Kudos to Zane for getting my AC working before the heat wave starts this weekend!
