Climate Control did a great job installing our mini split unit upstairs. Trent Roark was thorough and explained our best options. Mark Griffin worked at the house for two days and was very professional. He introduced himself upon arrival, was polite, and demonstrated the different features of our new system.

Jason came out to look at our unit after others tried several times to repair it. He inspected the unit, told us he found the problems and would be back later with the part. He return and installed a part on the unit and a new thermostat and we have not had a problem since. Jason was a true professional on finding the defects, letting us know what was going on and when it would be fixed. Thanks Jason

All the folks that I’ve worked with at Climate Control are very personable and do a great job. Trent was very helpful and tolerant of my questions during the Covid 19 pandemic. Considerate and thoughtful during entire process. Handled the multitude of questions I had prior to replacing unit. Mark Griffin worked at my home today and he is excellent! He’s extremely well met, considerate, polite, concerned for his customer’s needs, and professional in his service delivery. Explained the new system to me and took time to answer any questions. Mark did an install for me yesterday and he was very considerate to make sure I understood everything they were doing. Mark G. and his team appear to have done a great job on installation of the new system. Basically, all of the team we have dealt with from Climate Control have been great to work with.
