Tom explained in detail what would be accomplished in the installation of a new heater and A/C unit when he submitted the quote. Claire kept us updated on the schedule, which was greatly appreciated. Jerry M. and Dylan M. were actually early for their appointment and proceeded with the installation as explained by Tom. Jerry and Dylan are very diligent and conscientious technicians as everything had to be as perfect. They worked non-stop and still were able to answer all my questions in language I could understand. I feel Bovio is fortunate to have such dedicated employees. Bovio is my go to company!! Thanks Bovio.

The whole team was 5 star from start to finish and I mean the whole team. As for pricing, I obtained 5 competitive bids and although not the least expensive they, IMO, provided the best value. I love the fact that their equipment has the highest quality ratings and entirely made in USA not just assembled in USA. As for the team themselves, Claire was very helpful and pleasant. The sales rep knew his stuff and answered question after question without any impatience. He made excellent recommendations and seemed to be genuinely concerned with what would be best for me and even recommended I purchase the new thermostat directly from SJG through SJG's special program that saved me a couple hundred dollars. The energy audit guy found things wrong in the attic that another energy auditor didn't find and even the home inspector didn't find when we purchased the property. And it's not like these issues were made up, these issues were obviously a problem and very significant. The installation was done on time and as explained ahead of time. Received email reminders of the install that introduced the install staff with pictures which was a nice touch. Each of the installers were very professional, fully explained what they did, why things were done the way they were, and how to take care of things. These people are so very nice and just good decent people. So very happy with the results. God Bless and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal savior!

Tom is pleasant and professional and very easy to work with. This is the second toilet we have had installed in the last 3 months. Both installs went great. I recommend Bovio plumbing and I will use them in the future.
