A few weeks ago, we had a leak from the motor on our furnace. We called early in the morning, and a tech was here in less than a half hour. He immediately diagnosed the and was able to fix it in a short time. He worked carefully and neatly. Our furnace room was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. The technician who came to do my annual oil burner cleaning was great! I received a call from the office when he was on his way, he arrived on time and was very neat and clean with his work. He was friendly and answered my questions. I have been a Bottini customer for 17 years and have always carried a service contract. Any time I've required service it has always been arranged promptly. There is cheaper oil out there, but I stay because of the service.

In this day of seemingly every company only concerned with making money and forgoing caring about the customer, I must say I was extremely impressed with every person I had contact with who works for and represents Bottini. From the day I walked into the ********* office and spoke with three different representatives, to the on site visits that was made by several technicians and service personnel, everyone has been professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Every appointment was prompt, I received phone call returns when necessary. I am so glad to finally find a company (in any business, not just fuel) that has not put profit before the customer.

We’ve been with Bottini for almost twenty years, both oil delivery and service. Always been pleased with both. Most recently our burner had its annual checkup. The tech was very polite, thorough, and left everything as clean as before. Always been a dependable company for us!
