Great Customer Service. I had issues with a boiler from Lochnivar. I called Baylea and found out that they did work on that system. I scheduled an appointment with them and they gave me a day and a 4 hour window of when to expect them. They showed up on time and the technician (Zahid) was courteous, professional and thorough. Even though he couldn’t give me a 100% definite fix he explained it to me through terms that I could understand. I’m very happy with their service. Before they came to my house I received an email reminding me of my appointment and the technician that was to be expecting. Along with the email there are reviews you could read on the technician you’re expecting. I’ll be calling them for all my HVAC needs from now on and passing along this info to anybody that I know who needs HVAC work. A+

Ductless A/C maintenance I liked that Dennis, the technician, arrived early on in the 5 hour service window that you are given when you book an appointment. Dennis worked efficiently and quietly. I'm always happy with the work Belyea Brothers provides.

Booked our a/c units service, two a/c filter purchase and heater vent repositioning 6 weeks ago. Technician calls and does not know about the second unit service nor who installed it. Belyea installed it. I asked to contact the Belyea office to clarify and to please call me back. There was no call except a text from a family member stating that the service is complete and that they ran out of a/c filters??? No idea about the heater vent repositioning either????? Would appreciate the bad news from Belyea sooner and not from a family member. July 29th, second entry. To make matters worse, after our recent service the system broke down twice this week. Same issue happened in 2017. Requested a refund or replacement unit and all I get is that the system is working to specifications?? We had a all new heating and a/c system installed in 2015 and now the truth comes out on how Belyea treats their customers. Buyer beware.

Replacement AC Our central air conditioner had a refrigerant leak (again) and was finally beyond repair just as the temperatures soared into the 30’s. After filling in the Belyea online request form, which included information about a bedridden family member who was stuck upstairs in the heat, we received a call first thing in the morning on the next business day. The team prioritized sending Bruce out within a few hours. He (and later, Philip) answered our many questions, and arranged for the installation of a new Daikin DX13SA central air conditioner just a few days later. The installers (Paul and Marc) were considerate and efficient, and, after more than half a day's continuous work, left everything neat and functioning well! Thanks to Belyea for rescuing us -- we are very happy with the service and the results!! D & K

Mitsubishi A/C Installation We had a two unit A/C system installed in our apartment today, and the whole process was as smooth and efficient as we could have hoped for. Damien and Matthew were professional but easygoing and worked quickly but diligently, getting the installation done in less time than expected while still cleaning up thoroughly. We were recommended to Belyea Bros. by neighbours in our building who’d used them before, and now we have other neighbours already asking us for referrals for who installed our A/C. We will gladly refer them to Belyea Bros. because we really couldn’t have asked for better, faster, or more efficient customer service and installation. Thanks to Damien and Matt for a job well done! Replacing Old Ductless A/C I contacted Belyea Brothers about getting a new ductless air conditioner for the third floor of our house (Mitsubishi MSZ-FS12NA). Craig was the sales person, and he was very helpful as we walked around the area and discussed the different product and installation options. He estimated that it would take about a week and a half before the installers could come, but luckily a spot opened up for me only 4 days later. Paul and Marc came to do the install and did a great job. They removed my old rooftop ductless and installed the new system in about 5 hours, including testing and cleanup. Both installers were friendly, professional, and efficient. Very happy with the result!
