I called two other suppliers to help me find the water panel I need for my humidifier. The previous two suppliers were unhelpful and even rude. I called Bel-Aire and Cynthia answered my call. She stayed on the phone with me, helped me figure out what I needed, even offered her personal number for me to send a picture. She is an example of what customer service should be. I went in to pick up my water panel and she had given all of my info to the front desk salesperson. It was the exact correct filter and I was in and out quickly and easily. Thank you Cynthia for all of your help!

We have had Bel-Aire as our heating and air conditioning specialists for at least 15 years. In the last 4 years, we have had them install a new air conditioner and high efficiency furnace. Both are top drawer products and were very fairly priced. Randy has been our Service Technician the past few years, and has continued the excellent service we have come to expect from Bel-Aire. He always go the extra mile to explain what needs to be done, and does it in the most efficient and cost effective way. Thank You Bel-Aire and Randy!

Furnace had a malfunction on Friday as noted on the computer panel, the system continued to work. Technician came out and checked the unit out on Wed and discovered a failing blower motor. Dave was very thorough in relaying what was happening. The warranty will cover all repairs.

Lisa Rhoades informed us, that what was wrong with our furnace "might be covered," even though it was 14+ years old and not installed by Bel-Aire. Company did discover a cracked heat exchanger during their inspection. Get this! The same thing happened to the condo right next door (same model furnace) and the neighbor was told by another heating company she had to buy a new furnace. Bel-Aire informed us that our repair would be taken care of under a recall at a very small administration fee. Mike Capelli stayed well into the evening hours to fix this for us! Bel-Aire is an Honest Business, Lisa Rhoades and Mike Capelli are great assets to their company! It pays to get a second opinion and I would highly recommend the Bel-Aire company and their employees! Great team!

Just wanted to give a Big Shout Out and Thumbs Up to Mark G for getting our furnace up and running.Very professional and courteous as are all the Tech's I have met from Bel-Aire Heating & A/C over the years that we have had a PSA. Our blower motor went out Sunday am, waited till Monday to call (figured we could get by with a couple of space heaters until then, didn't want to bother any one on a Sunday) Mark came out Monday and found the problem, but unfortunately the part was not in stock locally, had to emergency order the correct part, part came in Tuesday and Mark returned and replaced it and all is well. Overall very happy with the service we received from Mark and the entire Bel-Aire crew. Keep Up the fine work. Thank you
