A couple days before the 4th of July Holiday and we found ourselves needing a plumber fast so we called Atomic Plumbing & Drain Cleaning since we used this company before during a past plumbing issue & had a positive experience dealing with the staff as well as the tech. Plumbing Tech, Jim M. was sent to our rescue. He was prompt, friendly, honest and professional. It is never pleasant being hit with an unexpected high repair bill, especially before a holiday, but Jim M. made the experience so much less painful and stressful because of his great sense of humor, extensive knowledge, honesty, excellent professional and amiable character. I recently had Atomic Plumbing and drain cleaning services to come into my home to replace bath tub fixtures in my quest bathroom. Plummer’s Justin Duke Ryan S. did an excellent job in replacing the fixtures and piping relevant to the fixtures. They were professional throughout the process. Kept me informed of their progress, and after completion of the job, the bathroom was as clean as when they began. Justin **** from Atomic Plumbing arrived at my house on a Friday morning. He introduced himself and the individual that accompanied him. From the introduction to the completion of the work, Mr. **** was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. He explained what needed to be done, broke down the cost of the project and together we picked the work that was most needed and what was affordable for me. When he finished the job, he cleaned up and went over all the work with me. I like Atomic Plumbing's flat rate because I know up front what I will be paying. The office kept me informed of unpredictable emergency changes, but still managed to get someone to my house in the allotted time frame.

Had a major problem with a broken and leaky pipe in my bathroom this morning and called atomic. The woman that helped me over the phone through the process was a woman named Kimberly and she was very friendly, polite, amd helpful. As far as the company they were very fast with a same day response and very accurate on theit appointment time. When Mr jimmy arrived he was very friendly and knowledgeable about the situation and eased my mind about it. He did a very thorough job. James Meyerhoff, Jr with Atomic Plumbing was a 100% Professional. He swiftly diagnosed the issue with my outdoor faucet. An interior wall had to be opened to sweat off the old equipment and install the new. James left no traces that he had been inside my home, he was very clean with his work. Everything works as new now. I highly suggest James from Atomic Plumbing. Very nice gentleman and a professional at his trade.
