This was our first experience with the Approved Plumbing Company and we could not be more pleased. It started with Sharon in scheduling who could not have been more empathetic to our issue. She worked diligently to get us scheduled and when an earlier time slot opened she was on the phone immediately to let us know of the better time slot. Service Tech Carl was prompt and right on time. Conscious of COVID issues he was masked, booted and appropriately social distant. His explanation of the work throughout the process was very professional. The work was completed in a timely manner and looks and functions great! Without question we will be calling the Approved Plumbing Company for future plumbing needs and highly recommend the company highly for anyone with plumbing needs.

We waited almost two weeks for this company to email an estimate for a partial bathroom remodel, removing old vanity, fixtures and tub in first floor bath and replacing with new vanity. fixtures and tub. No toilet, no floor work, no moving pipes around. When the $69 (cash upfront) estimate finally arrived in our email the job amount was $26,000. When I called to ask if there was some mistake, and why they didn't itemize anything including labor costs and material cost their secretary said :"we just don't do it that way"........this was a complete waste of time, no itemization or breakdown of any costs in the estimate. Just one total price listed. No links or item serial numbers referenced? Maybe this is the new way that things are done in the plumbing remodel world but not for us. Cosmo Castorini would be proud, sometimes it costs money to save money. Keep the $69, worth every penny because you saved us a ton. They may be great plumbers, but we are not going to spend 26k to find out. Will probably hire our handyman uncle with materials cost of 2,k and labor cost of 2k. Ballpark spent 4 - 5k and a six pack.

I needed a new hot water tank. The company came when I was available to install it. They were nice, professional and at a fair price. 18 months later. Lowe's was putting in a washer and dryer. We could not find the shut off valve for the hot water. We called approved Plumbing and said they'd be there in 10 minutes. I have never had such a fast response from any company. While en route, we figured out how to turn the water off. I will use them for all my plumbing needs. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Simply the very best and a reasonable price. This is unheard of in this day and age.

Great service. Carl explained all details of replacing on/off ball valves and quick shut off of water pipes in case of a leak in the future or if a faucet needs replaced. Jason made several trips to the truck parked outside for supplies but all in all work area was kept clean and no water areas on the floor. Workmanship was professional and timely.

Russ and his partner (sorry, I forgot his name) arrived on time and with proper PPE. They were very courteous, informative and worked very efficiently. I was given an estimated cost range, which included several possible scenarios. Fortunately, the required repair was not that involved and they were done in no time. The area was left as clean as they had found it. I have used Approved Plumbing Co. for several years now and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend them.

Carl provided information about a leaking garbage disposal and was very helpful with options. He returned early Monday morning to correct a leak in my water supply for a different installation. He checked it again the next day when installing a new sink. He was thorough and checked over the previous day's issue as well as making sure everything was installed properly with the sink. I'm very happy with his work.

After building our house, we found the plumbing to be the biggest problem over the years. 22 years later, thank goodness for Approved Plumbing Co. I never have to worry about replacing or repairing anything related to our plumbing. I don't think twice about who to call. Their prices are reasonable and everyone is so dependable. I don't hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing a plumber!
