4/28/2020 We had Luke and Jason out to replace an outside faucet that had leaked above our finished basement and half bath. After replacing the faucet it was discovered that there was also a leak at the connection above the bathroom. Even though the job cost more than anticipated I'm glad we found the problem and took care of it. Thanks again for a great job. 2019-We have been clients of Approved for many years and they are the best. The work is always done right and the service is top notch. They may not be the least expensive, but you know the job is done correctly and up to code. They dug a trench and added a pipe connection to an existing downspout so we can reroute a gutter that keeps overflowing. Work was done in a day no problems. Also just had them back a week later when my Dad broke his toilet. Russ was at the house within a half hour. Thanks for a great job.

We needed some outdoor hose valves moved and replaced. Called, their office answered, got it scheduled quickly and then also called me the morning of the appointment to confirm arrival time. Carl/Jason, techs, took the time to look at our request and actually suggested something much less invasive and less expensive to resolve the issue. I was very happy with the work and professionalism and will refer Approved Plumbing to friends and family.

Excellent service, always on time. We’ve been loyal customers for over 15 years. They have done work for us, my in laws and my daughter. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I have no problem with their charges. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to any family members or friends.

Carl and his assistant called to tell me they were almost here and then they were here very quickly. They listened to my problem, quoted a likely price and then went right to work. They were polite and helpful with information--despite corona, they were friendly and easy to work with. When they had finished the job--very nicely done!--they informed me that the price quoted was too high--good news--and quoted me a lower one because the problem was not as bad as I had thought. I would recommend them--as well as Sharon who was helpful and friendly on the phone--to any of my friends. This was the second time in a widely separated period of time that Carl had come to my house and yet he remembered me. With conscientous and capable employees such as these three (sorry I don't remember his assistant's name), Approved Plumbing definitely has my approval! ***** *****

All the employees I had contact with were very kind and courteous. Sharon is a pleasure to talk to on the phone and very accommodating with an appointment. Carl and his helper were very thoughtful in covering shoes and telling me the problem and explaining what they needed to do. Very happy all around. Luke showed up on time. They even let me know he was on his way, so I was able to keep doing what I do without having to watch for them. Told them what I needed..., put their footies over their workboots, and they were done in no time at all. Nice couple of guys. Will definitely be my go- to- company in the future.

Have had an incident recently where when I flushed my toilet...there would be a horrendous foghorn sound that makes the floor vibrate. I called Approved Plumbing at nearly 9am and they were there at 10am the SAME DAY...no 4 hour timeframe. Mr. Russ Brady was so conscientious and professional. He explained all of what it could be and what they may need to do. I kid you not...he flushed the toilet...the sound came again...he took the top off of the toilet and just touched it...and it went away!!! I started calling him "The Messiah"...with one touch...it went away. It may be funny...but its true. He had it fixed in no less than 20 mins. He let me know what the next phases were if it came back...but I don't think it will...because he...is the Messiah of plumbing. Thanks Russ! Thanks Sharon! Robin

We were in need of a plumber today and once again called Approved Plumbing. We have used them in the past and have always been completely satisfied. Today was no different. Sharon got us on the schedule by early afternoon. Russ B came out and took care of our issue. He was friendly, courteous, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. Their prices are fair and I highly recommend them.
